Albert S. Chang DDS

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chang’s office for about 2 years now. The staff is always friendly, procedures are gentile, and they are very thorough and make sure you understand what they are doing. I cannot recommend Dr. Chang and his team enough!

I have been a patient of Dr Chang for the last 5 years. I can assure you that Dr Chang and his staff are professional and caring. All my life I had issues with my teeth and went to many different dentists. Dr Chang is the most skillful and knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. He is thorough with his treatment and most of all, he cares. I have recommended Dr Chang to many of my co workers and they all concur with my assessment. Thank you Dr Chang.

Dr Chang and his staff are wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and very efficient. My last few visits Milton has been assisting and he is so nice with a great personality. I have gone to Dr Chang for 20 years and hopefully will go for another 20 or more.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Chang’s for 20 years and have never had a problem. On this occasion, my dental work was going to be a little pricey (not a problem) and I asked for a payment plan. The girl at the front desk told me yes and said the plan would be one payment today for 1/2 the amount and the remaining 1/2 in two weeks. Two weeks was really not giving me a payment plan, so I asked her if they could do 3 payments. She said NO. She said she spoke to Dr Chang (which I doubt) and he said he could not do that. After 20 years they had absolutely no customer/patient loyalty. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Dr. Chang.

Very disappointed. I’ve been going to Dr. Chang’s office for a few years. Mostly for cleanings. My last cleaning was so quick. I felt he was in a hurry & wasn’t as extensive as previous visits. My recent visit was even more disappointing. I had a couple of sensitive teeth & wanted extraction. I am heading out of the country for a few months & I don’t have time to get 2 root canals & crowns before I leave. Dr. Chang declined to do the procedures. No Simple extractions? Why? I’m a retired physician & my sister is a dentist and I understand risks & complications. Unfortunately I can’t recommend Dr. Chang. I’ll be seeking future dental care from another dentist.

My first time to visit recently, for a routine cleaning. Great experience overall and I will be returning!

Dr. Albert Chang and his staff are professional. They will always accommodate me regardless of what I need. Dr. Chang has been my dentist/friend for about 25 years or so. I wouldn't have it any other way. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.
