Konikoff Dental Associates Volvo Parkway

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Wissink (Volvo Parkway, Chesapeake, VA) for over 10 years, and she is truly an exceptional provider. Although I sometimes feel apprehensive about scheduling appointments, her remarkable skill, professionalism, and gentle approach consistently put me at ease. During one visit, I accidentally bit her finger while being fitted for a night guard, and she handled the situation with humor and grace, immediately reassuring me. She laughed it off, saying, "It's okay, I have nine more!" Experiences like this reflect her calm demeanor, patient-centered care, and genuine compassion. Patients may arrive feeling anxious, but they leave feeling reassured and confident in their care. In my experience, there is no better way to describe Dr. Wissink and her team than as the G.O.A.T.--the greatest of all time.

I went in for my routine cleaning and the staff was great, as it has been for the three years I’ve been visiting Konikoff. My dental hygienist, Hanna was amazing. She was very friendly, informative, and careful to minimize any pain during the cleaning. The dentist was also great and the whole process is always the best when I compare the experience to any other dental office I’ve had for the last 40 years. Highly recommended!

Dr Mitra Mir is a top-notch dentist! Hands down, she is the most kind, courteous, and respectful dentist I have ever seen. I had a wonderful experience with her. She is genuinely caring and made me feel supported and truly heard throughout my visit. Dr Mir delivered exceptional care, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and compassionate dentist.

Dr. Wissink and Charlie were fantastic; specifically they were really quick, but understood my anxiety and let me know what was happening so I wasn't left in the dark. They had to fix a filling against my bottom gumline. Also, the receptionist got me in the same morning that I called recently. All were fantastic! So appreciate them taking me because my anxiety was pretty high.

Konikoff Dental Associates at Volvo Parkway staff is personable and most know me by name. Every Doctor I’ve encounter has been amazing and very attentive to my problem. They are tech savvy than most dentist offices that I’ve encountered. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr Mitra Mirmotahari has been treating me for a while now and actual makes going to the dentist a pleasure! She is always very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She has always done a great job with crowns and cavities or whatever is needed at the time. All of the hygienists I have seen have also been very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

Had a filling the Navy gave me while active duty fall out. Dr. Mirmotahari checked on me, noticed my tooth was fractured and fitted me for a crown. The temp crown didn’t want to stay in place and fell out a few times. But the team there helped get me back in as soon as they were informed. Finally had the new permanent crown delivered and it fits well with no more sensitivity. Thank you Dr. Mir for fixing my teeth as always and even more for your care and compassion.
