Very prompt. My appointments have been within 5 mins of my time. His numbing process is painless and the staff is reassuring. The best dentist I have ever seen. (Out of about 12)

My daughter with multiple health issues, which this dentist didn't know about or care to educate himself on saw him for a root canal. She was in pain the entire time and it was multiple appointments of crying and stress. If he had listened to us about what her condition was and the fact she needed the numbing shots and then immediately after them the dental work should be performed, not walk away for 20+ minutes after EACH shot to come back all to find out she's not numb and needed another shot maybe she wouldn't have been crying in pain the whole time or needed 10+ shots each visit. Then he made her feel like it was her fault for having bad teeth, when her conditions and medications she's on causes the issues she has to begin with, but again he didn't know or care about knowing what her conditions were. She needed a re-treatment of the root canal she had a year and a half ago and come to find out that the stuff he used has a lower success rate of working long term. Meaning the infection came back not just because of her medical conditions or "poor hygiene" but not having newer technology and equipment for the job. I DO NOT recommend anyone with a medically complex child or anyone with health issues themselves to go here. He did not care she was in pain and crying and treated her like crap making her feel like everything was her fault when it's the medical professionals job to know what they are working with before they begin. He did not care about anything we were saying and I've waited to write this review because I don't like writing anything bad about anybody but if this saves someone pain and suffering then I'm all for this review. After going to a specialist and finding out it was done incorrectly in the first place I'm definitely not ashamed of writing this review, he should be ashamed of treating not only a patient but a CHILD the way he did. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Avoid at all cost, because it will cost you in the future.

I’m sitting here getting a root canal right now. Dr. Yoon is the best! His assistants are amazing as well! The front desk staff sets the tone for the visit and they are very nice each and every time. Never been to a dentist office where they come around and ask how you’re doing. Different level of care here and I love it. Top tier dental care with pain free procedures.

So Dr .yoon will yell at you to open wider the entire appointment even if your opening as wide as you can .. which kept leading me to get headaches after each appointment. my tooth 2, 3 needed a root canal but he didn’t do 2 in time so my tooth cracked and had to be extracted .. All he kept saying about that is I must’ve been really hungry . I get he was trying to make light of the situation but it was very unprofessional considering he was supposed to save my tooth way before it got to that point ,. And I’m a very fit individual I eat like a normal person so his comment was very unnecessary . He did a root canal in tooth 3 but I refuse to let him out another crown in since I’m in so much pain of the other one he put on .he did a root canal on tooth 15 back in march of 2024 but put the crown on wrong I’m in so much pain and my gums around the crown is swollen . I have to find a dentist that will work over what he has done I’m more than likely going to have to get that one extracted too

Dr Yoon always tells me I do not brush/ Floss (when I am, but I'm not good at it). He told me I needed a root canal (and said it 'wasn't a big deal') but did not mention that I would also need a crown and build up (on a separate appointment). After my insurance, the cost was going to be $950 and his office has NO financing options. Do not go to him unless you want a rude and mean dentist who will not listen to you or explain your procedure.

Dr. Yoon DDS and his staff are professional and courteous. They for exceed expectations and have a great desire to serve their community. I have a personal feeling of peace about my dental care with this team, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

This has been one of the best dentist i have been to. I would recommend 1000x. They pulled my wisdom teeth out that was causing me a lot of pain and through the whole proccess he listened and made sure i was okay and not feeling any pain. Thank you!
