Sage Dental of Chattanooga at Hamilton Place

Everyone behind the lobby is great. I appreciate the dentist, dental assistants, hygienist, etc… however, the front desk lady needs work on social etiquette. My first visit she was on a call with a customer where she raised her voice and proceeded to argue with the customer… in front of those sitting in the lobby. First impressions are everything and this wasn’t a good one. Today (second visit), I walked in. She looks at me, then back at her screen, I stand at the counter, to where I say "good morning!" And where she finally acknowledges someone is talking to her, "oh, good morning," as if she was shocked by my salutation. We then had a staring contest until she finally said, "name?" The situation made me feel like I was the one to give service to her. But being the face of any business you should have the highest level of customer service and awareness. You do want us to come back? All that to say, she can be sweet when she wants to be - advice from me: just be that all the time. Thank you Karen for the cleaning!

We have never been to sage dental but, from now on, this will be the only place I bring my kids and family! They helped them feel at ease and they left happy! My daughter needed alot of work done and a crown and they didnt make her feel "less than" they made her feel welcomed and comfortable and she will never have to worry about other dentists that made her feel bad! They also had a program where i could go ahead and get everything done and make payments! The ladys at the front desk are AMAZING! Karen is amazing and so was the dentist! Very happy momma here!! My only complaint is, I cant give more than 5 stars but, I blame that on Google!

All staff members were professional and prompt at helping me with my first visit to Sage. Made my second appointment before I left the facility.

This was my 3rd visit with Sage dental on Gunbarrel and had a great experience each time.Doctor Lane, Karen and the ladies at the front desk are top notch and you can't find better care then here! Highly recommend!

I have anxiety in dental office but the staff and doctor was very patient with me. They explained everything before they did anything to me. I really appreciate their gentleness.

Everyone was very nice. Check-in was smooth, on time, and efficient. Exam was thorough, and everything was explained. The dentist and all the staff are very attentive. I'm new to the Chattanooga area, and I am happy with my choice of Sage Dental.

I had a great experience at Sage Dental! It was my first time there and everyone was so kind and we were able to get everything I need to done!
