New Image Dental

I just used them for the first time and they were AWESOME! I've had some not so great experiences with dentists in the past, but was cautiously optimistic and they exceeded my expectations! Dr. Koh is SO warm and friendly and Donna did a great job cleaning my teeth and educating me about all kinds of things I didn't know! I hadn't been to a dentist in longer than I care to admit, but they didn't shame me at all and made me feel very much at ease. Very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! Oh, and they're prices are great, especially for someone paying out of pocket. Thank you to Dr. Koh and your entire staff!

I've always been terrified of going to the dentist, to the point where I put off all dental care for around 10 years. Dr. Koh and her staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I don't think I would trust anyone else with my dental care. I've recommended New Image to everyone I know who's mentioned needing a new dentist. Truly wonderful!

I'll start this off by saying I absolutely hate going to the dentist; it's one of my greatest fears in life, silly as that may sound to some people. But the dentist and the techs here are AMAZING. I've had Molly as my tech the last two times I've been, and she is WONDERFUL at her job. I don't know what she's paid, but she deserves a raise just for dealing with me alone. I'm difficult to calm down and ask a ton of questions, and Molly took it all in stride and even managed to calm me down and make me laugh. Couldn't ask for a better tech. Dr. Koh herself is great as well and super friendly, obviously very knowledgeable, and has a great chair side manner. I didn't go to the dentist for [redacted] years but I'm glad I picked this place when I finally decided to go. No notes.

I was a little concerned when I first entered the lobby, given how clean and modern it looked, and also give what part of town the practice is in, that I had signed up with a shi-shi boutique aesthetic dentist. As it turns out, Dr. Koh and staff are very professional and down-to--earth. I had years of untreated dental issues to attend to at the outset, lots of very bad teeth, some missing, a few broken, and some exposed roots. Dr. Koh's team is not only attentive and effective, but exceptionally kind. Not at all shaming, as I have heard some dentists can be. 100% would recommend to anyone, both for the overall culture of the practice and for the pricing, which is exceedingly reasonable.

I typically loathe going to the dentist, but this one I definitely enjoy going to. They're very friendly, professional, and experienced. I really like how they schedule your next appointment while you're already there. Not only that, but they explain everything to you in great detail to ensure your dental health. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist to go to.

Early this year, I lost a small filling and had gone to another dentist on Hwy 58 near CVS. After an exam and xrays was told I needed a crown as there was other decay on the tooth (around $1700). Decided to get a second opinion and went to New Image on Frazier and was told I just needed a new filling (no decay), which I had them do (under $150). I have since been back to have a deep cleaning, full xrays, a crown ($1035) and 2 other fillings ($253 for both). They have always been very polite and Dr Koh is wonderful and kept checking to make sure I didn't feel any pain. Plus, if you don't have dental insurance and are paying in full, you get a 10% discount, which makes their lower prices even less!! I highly recommend Dr Koh if you need dental work!

Great customer service!!! Dr. Koh is very professional and focused on providing superior care! Amidst this COVID-19 pandemic, she has continued to put patients first and take all precautions necessary. She has equipped her staff/facility with necessary procedures and protection to keep helping her patients. I haves lived across town for last 10 years but have continued to go here because of this team and Dr Koh.
