We had an excellent experience. The office was incredibly helpful with getting timely approval from our insurance and scheduling surgery quickly, which made the whole process much less stressful. The procedure itself was quick and smooth, and everything was explained clearly beforehand. Dr. Childress even took the time to text and check in twice after surgery. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them.

I was greeted by Dr.Childress nurse who took me to a room. Room was nice and clean. I had two nurses to set me up for surgery. The dentist came in, ask me if I had any questions. He pray for me and his staff that the surgery would go well. I went to sleep,I woke up and it was over. Every one was nice to me. Did not feel anything. Dr. Childress and staff were very nice and friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Staff was extremely helpful from the initial evaluation to the end of the procedure. Everyone made me feel relaxed and confident in their abilities. I really appreciated that Dr. Johnson prayed with me before the procedure. The extraction was done very quickly. It was clear that Dr. Johnson knew just what to do. His skill and prayer resulted in very little pain or swelling after the surgery. I was very pleased.

My dentist explained every step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The moment I walked in, I felt at peace. I dont do well with any invasions of my being...LOL!!! My experience with all of the medical staff was thorough, and my questions were answered. The Dr impressed me with prayer before we started, and I needed that. Hardly any discomfort. I didn't even need pain meds after the initial surgery day. Wonderful practice with truly wonderful people. My surgery was lower stress than I anticipated because of the conversations that the nurses and doctor carried on with me. The doctor prayed over me before surgery began, which is a treasure you don’t always get. Following my surgery, the surgeon texted me to review the post-surgery directions again that I could easily refer to, and told me I could call or text with any concerns or questions. The surgeon also personally texted me the night after my surgery to see how I was doing. These are qualities you don’t see from hardly any surgeons around. Can’t recommend enough!

Everyone in the office I encountered were friendly and down To earth. I had my wisdom teeth removed an the process was so fast and easy. when I awoke I couldn’t believe I was done so fast my Dr even prayed with me before the removal, which I appreciate because to be honest I was a little nervous about the surgery. The Dr even reached out to check in on me later that evening to see how I was feeling. In all my experience was a 10 out of 10 your in good hands here!
