My experience is always good. Everyone is friendly and they don't keep you waiting beyond your appt time. I will say, I do not like doing the x-rays, it's so uncomfortable. Fortunately, I don't have to do that often.

This was the best dental appointment I have ever had. All of the team members that I interacted with were beyond compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. The Doctor was AMAZING extremely patient and easy to talk with. He taught me so much! I did not feel rushed or as if I did not matter. The hygienist was so thorough and very empathetic. I do believe I have finally found the perfect team to help me Smile.

Very knowledgeable and thoughtful staff that consider previous dental experiences and treatment costs. They are very transparent about insurance coverage and customize your treatment plan to best suit your situation. Clean, professional office setup.

I was seen right on time, the appointment went very well and I was made comfortable at every step of the procedure. Great staff and facility.

My experience was disappointing. The dentist felt extremely rushed and rough throughout the procedure. I had a cavity filled, and the process was uncomfortably aggressive. Despite expressing my discomfort, my concerns didn’t seem to be acknowledged or addressed. I will not be back. I did not feel cared for.

This is really the best dental experience I have had in Charlotte. Doctor Kim and the rest of the staff are incredibly personable and skilled at their jobs. They even have roku TVs hooked up to every chair so that you can watch a show of your choosing across multiple streaming platforms! The attention to detail and patient experience is top notch; I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dental care experience.
