Friendly Dental

We had a great experience with Friendly dental Woodlawn as new patients referred from our previous pediatric dentist. The phone call to schedule was easy, the receptionist was kind and accommodating. The building looked new, clean and they were prompt to take my teens back for treatment. The treatment plan was clearly explained and scheduling for the next appt was a breeze. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be staying with them as our teens dental provider.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is spotless and modern, and the atmosphere instantly puts you at ease. My assistant was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Diaz took the time to discuss my treatment options, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ health and comfort. I also appreciate how efficiently the office runs—minimal waiting, easy scheduling, and clear communication about costs and insurance. Weldin was so sweet and helpful! He answered all my questions while I was looking for a new dentist and made the whole experience so easy. I have been going to Friendly Dental on Woodlawn for over 6 years and I have no complaints. From major procedures to just cleaning, the customer service and care has always been top notch. The staff is friendly, informative and caring and always set the tone for the atmosphere in the office. I highly recommend them.

I recently visited the dentist for a quick tooth cleaning, and I had Lisa as my hygienist. The entire process was simple and easy—Lisa was incredibly gentle, polite, and had fantastic customer service. I’m really looking forward to coming back in September!

Found my new dental care guru! The staff is above and beyond welcoming! I came in as a new patient and was treated like family the kind lady in the front.
