Friendly Dental on University truly lives up to its name! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely cared about my concerns. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that combines professionalism, kindness, and quality care, but Friendly Dental on University does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a positive experience!

I'm a new patient as of yesterday to the University location.I went in for x-rays as well as a check up. Let me tell you this location is the best ! The staff is very FRIENDLY . They certainly live up to the name. Their supurb professionalism & effieciency is a 10 + . I was able to come back in this morning for a cleaning due to a cancellation. Gina was very nice, patient with me, and did an outstanding job on my teeth... All of the staff went above, and beyond to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend the Friendly's University location. Thanks a bunch you guys !

I have a very organized and well informed visit today with Dr. Torez and DA ibis. I came in to get root canals and it took maybe 25 minutes each tooth. I was very comfortable and at no point confused about what was going on. They were able to meet all my requests and they definitely took care of me!! Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, now. I won’t change my dentist. The hygienist, Gina, is, absolutely, amazing! She is fast but, extremely, thorough. My teeth feel brand new and look, pearly, white when I leave!! So good! They all do amazing! Never an issue! Shout out to the front desk, Alexa, Paul and Gabby! So friendly! Do whatever they can for the patients and always making sure everything went great! I feel lucky to have found Friendly Dental! Standing by their name!

I had a wonderful experience at Friendly Dental Group. The staff was incredibly patient and kind, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office for their excellent care and compassionate approach!

The service at this place has really gone downhill. I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for many years. In fact More then 8 years. They had a great team, but in past two years it seems as though they can't keep a team of hygenist. They cancelled several of my appointments, stating they don't have anyone available to clean my teeth. That's so disappointing especially when you wait 4-6 months for an appointment, then they cancel they next appointment, same reason. Next thing you know, they call with a last minute appointment, and I accepted it. Due to an unforseen issue I had to reschedule. Not to mention I was driving more then an hour due to the fact that I moved away. I wanted to hang in there with them during their storm, but today is ENOUGH!!! They called me on Friday around 9:45a to remind me of my appointment on Monday. As of 12:00 noon the same day (Friday) they sent a text message and cancelled it!! Once again I have been waiting for this appointment for three months. Friendly Dental at University Place in Charlotte can destroy my records because you will N-E-V-E-R have an opportunity to cancel another appointment on me. Loyalty will get you no where these days. People are at work just to get a check these days. There's no such thing as "Customer Service" anymore.

I had a very disappointing experience at Friendly Dental University in Charlotte, NC. Paul and Anna were extremely unprofessional, and their attitudes made the visit uncomfortable from start to finish. Despite asking clear questions, they were unable to provide knowledgeable or helpful answers, and instead responded with irritation and hostility. Nothing about this experience felt friendly or welcoming. I would not recommend this office, especially if clear communication and respectful service are important to you.
