I came to this office for a consultation regarding braces, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My candidacy for braces was never clearly discussed, and I was not told whether or not I was a good candidate. Instead, the focus shifted to being told I had seven cavities, which was surprising since I had a cleaning and exam just four months ago and was not told I had any by my general dentist. What concerned me most was that the dentist did not personally explain these findings. Instead, the assistant communicated the diagnosis and became defensive when I asked reasonable questions to better understand. I was also told that drinking Coke Zero could contribute to cavities because it has more sugar than regular Coke. This information is false, as Coke Zero contains zero sugar, which made me question the accuracy of the information I was being given. Additionally, staff began speaking to me in Spanish without asking my language preference, even though I had been communicating in English the entire time. While I appreciate bilingual staff, assumptions about language should not be made without confirming with the patient first. I was charged a $100 consultation fee and was then told I needed an $800 "deep cleaning" before I could even proceed with braces. Given that I had a recent cleaning and no prior mention of gum disease, this recommendation felt excessive and was not clearly explained. I have since visited another orthodontist for a second opinion. They confirmed that I do not have seven cavities, did not require a deep cleaning, and reassured me that my teeth are healthy. I will be starting treatment with them instead. Based on my experience, I did not feel comfortable or confident moving forward with treatment at this office.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr.Devers was the BEST, she made me feel so comfortable! Coming from someone who suffers from dental anxiety, I have to prepare myself mentally for visits. She was gentle, kind, and understanding of my needs. I drove 45 minutes, and it was worth every minute ☺️

I love orthodontist Dr. Nuñez she’s so nice, patient and very kind. but today I went to get a cleaning and the old lady that cleaned my teeth she was very rough, she didn’t care that I was choking on my saliva until I took the thing that sucks it, she made bleed I have my gums sensitive bc of my braces. I do not recommend coming to the dentist. They make u wait for so long. And very bad customer services

Have Been Coming Here About 3 Years And Just Haven't Been Satisfied With The Sevice And Time. I Would Recommend Going/Looking For Somewhere Else.
