Sad to leave an average review because Dr. Kim is a knowledgeable dentist. However, the hygienist’s mediocre work left me with occasional gum inflammation from incomplete cleanings. After three years here, it’ll take time to heal my gums. Since moving out of state, my new dentist provides thorough cleanings, and the difference is night and day. Hygienists play a crucial role in dental health and should take more ownership of their work—it’s just as important, if not more, than the dentist’s.
