I went there for extraction of my impacted wisdom tooth. Dr. Soafer was very gentle with my teeth. She clearly explained the procedure and the risks without exaggerating it. She administered the right amount of anesthesia that neither it was painful nor it had any side effects. Given that my wisdom tooth had a cavity and a little crooked, I was afraid that it would need to be cut to be removed. But, Dr. Soafer was gentle and strong at the same time 😊 to extract it without surgery. She also applied sutures on my gums so that it will heal quickly. The entire procedure was done in little more than an hour. Her assistant Erica was attentive and proactive in helping her and me with reassurances. The front desk person Nicole was very helpful too. Since it was a blizzard the day before, she messaged me on a Sunday night 😊 asking if I could make my early morning appointment the next day. Since I requested a late morning procedure at that time, she was able to confirm that back to me after checking with the Dentist in few minutes. She even reminded me the next day morning via a text message. The billing person was also very efficient; she checked with my insurance, calculated the insurance amount, my co-pay amount and gave me an accurate estimate. On my request, she even gave me an estimate to remove a second wisdom tooth which had shown a lot of wear. I was impressed that neither the dentist, nor the assistants, nor the billing specialist was pushy to remove my second wisdom tooth the same day even though it made sense economically. This was very important for me - that they are not pushing me to do something that I wasn’t comfortable with. Overall, their entire team delivered a great patient experience without any fuzz.

I have been going here since I was a child and have never had an experience less than exceptional. The office staff is always kind and very quick. The hygienist and dentists are always incredible and professional. I would recommend Smiles for Centreville to anyone I know, truly do not have a negative thing to say about them in the past ~25 years

The best. I love coming in and my gums improved over the last six months. So happy I have a Water pick. My gums used to bleed at my 6 month appointments. Now I have 1’s, 2’s and only 6 3’s. Cassandra is the BEST! (Dental Hygienist) She is so thoughtful and kind and wants your experience to be positive. Dr. Soafer really took time to help me feel welcome and answer my questions. I feel confident that I'm receiving superior care.

Went in for an emergency appointment as a new patient. Everyone was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Setting up the appointment online was very easy (and convenient since I was able to do it at 1am when I woke up in pain). Dr Hutchinson was great, put me at ease and answered all my questions. All around a great experience. Typically going to the dentist is a little traumatic for me, but this place is great!

I am on my next-to-last step in obtaining an implanted new tooth. It was a success, and the long process will end in a few short weeks. Dr. Hutchison has been my dentist since the mid-80s, and I moved from Clifton when I retired, and I drive the 60 miles to his office at least twice a year. I cannot imagine switching my dentist of choice.

I've been going to Smiles for Centreville for over 30 years. I appreciate how warm and helpful all staff members are. Kudos to Dr. Hutchison and Dental Hygienist Rhonda Sargeant for always listening closely, hearing and addressing my concerns, and never making me feel like my concerns are bothersome. Thanks!
