Kids Dental Castle

My two kids have been coming to Dr. Matsui for years and we’ve been very happy with the dental work they have received. The entire office staff is great—very welcoming and professional and my kids have always felt very comfortable coming here. We feel extremely welcome when we walk through the doors. We’re grateful to have a great pediatric dentist so close to home who is good with kids. Highly recommend anyone in the Centreville/Fairfax area to come here if you need a pediatric dentist!

My child had four cavities, and I really appreciated how the dentist carefully planned the treatments based on my child’s condition. Instead of doing everything at once, they spaced out the treatments to make it more comfortable. The dentist and staff were incredibly kind and patient, and they explained everything clearly in a way that was easy for parents to understand. We also received helpful after-care instructions. Great experience overall—highly recommend for kids!

Dr. Toshi Matsui is an excellent Pedodontist, who provided care since I was young. Now, as an adult-I had a tooth that needed urgent care and I knew who to call. Dr. Matsui and his unforgettable dream team staff listens to concerns with great bedside manner for children and families, remarkably compassionate and knowledgeable. 10 stars! They saw me right away. The crew is incredibly gentle, reassuring and professional during a frightening moment. Always greeted with a warm, friendly smile at the front, and the dental assistant was beyond amazing. They made what could have been a horrible experience, absolutely as simple as possible. Dr. Toshi Matsui is a great kids’ dentist. He’s super friendly and really good with kids, which made my child feel comfortable right away.The office has a nice, welcoming vibe and the staff was very kind and very friendly.Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place for kids❤️❤️

Look no further! My 3 year old needed treatment and I’ve been on the search for the best in town. Credentials, office, team members, bedside manners, everything. Dr. Matsui is so kind through and understanding. He would patiently listen to all of your concerns and would explain about your options over and over again until you are comfortable. He really truly takes his time to talk to you. I trust that he wouldn’t over-treat or over prescribe, and that he genuinely cares about you and your kid. Dr. Matsui can really calm not only the kids but also the parent’s nerves before the procedures. Never pushes anything and always respects your opinion as the child’s caretaker. I think that comes from his confidence in his skills, knowledge and his abundant experience. After all, you’d want a doctor who is excellent at what he does, not just have great bedside manners. Dr. Matsui and his whole team is awesome. Super honest and kind, adores children, are very well experienced, got great technique, and goes the least invasive route necessary. I’m glad I’m finally settled with a pediatric dentist I can trust.

Great place! Dr. Matsui and the staff are very friendly, patient and caring. Dr. Matsui has seen my older son and now is the primary dentist for my younger son. In over 20 years, I have never once encounter a negative experience. I highly recommend!
