I have been afraid about going to the dentist for years now based on the condition of my teeth and prior experiences with dentists. Shelby, dentist hygienist, was amazing for validating my emotions (I was an emotional wreck)! She even shared her experience before her rewarding career as a hygienist. Then Dr. Han was next! Absolutely amazing! He made me feel comfortable and actually listened to me. I am excited about my journey all because of the staff at Centreville Family and Cosmetic Dentistry! This is the second time I needed an emergency treatment where I had no problem getting scheduled on the day I called. Becky made sure I got seen right away. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. After being assessed and getting the diagnostic tools I needed, Dr. Han explained the results of my tests and what my options are. He advised the best treatment for me which are practical and realistic. I am very confident that I am in good hands under Dr. Han’s care.

It has been a good experience since I started my teeth work there three years ago. The doctors and all assistants are nice and friendly answering my questions with professional suggestions for my teeth treatment. I appreciate very much also the front desk manager Becky who helped a lot for my treatment schedule arrangements and insurance coverage matters.

I’ve been looking for a dentist who can help me with a small issue regarding the appearance of my teeth for quite some time, and I think I finally found the right one. While other offices seemed more interested in running unnecessary tests or trying to "sell" me on procedures I didn’t need like a shady mechanic, Dr. was straightforward, honest about what actually needed to be done, and got it done.
