They are excellent at getting you in and working with you. They care more about patients than money as they work with you in ways most offices will not. I recommend them to everyone that asks me where to go.

The woman at the desk did not want my Service dog in the waiting room, I am 100% disabled and my Service dog is needed for me to function in life. He is 100% certified. I did not ask for him to be allowed in the dental area, just in the waiting area with my wife. He had all of his certifiiates on him as well as I had them on myself. Because of this I will never go back and I would NEVER recommend this office or dentist to anyone. Very, Very rude service. There are many more options in town that are glad to have your business.

I am a military vet and I was sent here for an outsource dental exam and dental work. I read the reviews while being getting the appointment set and what I went through matches what I went through. At the first appointment, the Dr. never introduced himself and never explained to me what was going on with my mouth in regards to what needed to be done. They were informed about my dental anxieties. My second appointment was on 01/10/2022 and once again, he never introduced himself and never explained to me what was going to be done. He went through and put the wipe on numbing, then proceeded to do the injectable numbing. All of a sudden I felt a pinch or a hitting sensation, and I stated, "Ow, Ow, it hurts, please stop. It feels like I just got hit, and it feels like a pinch." The dr. stated, "Man, you are hypersensitive." I explained to him that I am because of what has happened to me in my past. He proceeded to poke me in my head by my right temple, telling me, "It's all up here, it's all in my head." I left and explained to the wife and assistant what he had just pulled, especially after I stated that I have dental anxiety. The guy should retire since he is hurting people and physically abusing patients. Let alone the office is extremely dirty!!!

I have been going to Dr Keim for almost 20 yrs. He is a very good dentist. Always! Explains any and all procedures, costs ect. Had an implant done and it has lasted a long time. I can't say anything bad about Dr Keim. Highly recommend

Very unprofessional. The dentist did not introduce himself, ask any patient identifiers, or discuss the procedure with me at all or converse with me period. He did not wait/test for numbness in my mouth before proceeding with the filling - it was very uncomfortable. He did not wear gloves, use sanitizer or wash his hands once during my visit. Very rude & unprofessional. I do not recommend & I will not be going back.
