One of the best services and experiences I’ve ever had. All the staff were kind, patient, informative Priscilla and Jennifer were so sweet and made my experience here go well. Gregory and dr Chong were very gentle. Will definitely come back.

In July 2025, Dr Uka billed medicare for over $900 for a root canal and porcelain cap, for which she never had done. Appointment was only for a cleaning. My mom was x-rayed, and had her teeth cleaned only after I reminded Dr Uka that she had not cleaned my mom's teeth. Her cleaning happened in less than 4 minutes....zip zip, buzz buzz. Granted my only has a few teeth at the bottom, but that was ridiculous. Dr Uka then tells me my mom needs all of her teeth removed, after their office 8 months before, gave her a new upper denture and a new lower partial. For over 4 months, I tried to get the $900 benefit return to my mom's health plan. According to Dr Uka on 1-13-26, the benefits were returned in December 2025. Duh!!!, end of year, benefits expired. What if my mom needed additional dental work in 2025. All of her benefits had been used up because of their so called billing mistake. Fortunately she didn't have any additional dental issues in 2025. I called United Healthcare 8 different times from Aug to Nov 2025 to get it straight. They would just transfer me from unit to unit promising to clear it up for 4 months. I also called Dr Uka's office during that period. I will say the new receptionist was very nice. I spoke to Dr. Uka today with my frustration only to have her say it was taken care of in December and that I would have to contact my plan. Frustrated, I said thank you, only to not get a you're welcome from Dr Uka. She just hung up the phone. I sat there in disbelief. My mom has a 1-20-26 appointment. I called back and canceled the appointment and told them I won't be coming back.

Nice and clean place,They are very friendly and professional . This is my first time visiting this dentist office and I had a very good experience.

Before I have a bad experience with other dental clinic but A plus dental is nice and friendly even the dentist he is kind and generous.I have already recommended this to our neighbor and they have appointment on Monday.Thank you A Plus Dental.
