I have had few dentists as considerate and professional as Dr. Carla and Dr. Soto. The team cares about how long I wait and they work efficiently to get me out everytime without sacrificing the quality of care. They are on top of their game everytime. Their equipment is new and well maintained, the facility is clean and bright, inspirational music plays in the lobby and there's a nice garden out back. I've gone to other more flashy and expensive places before, but I prefer ismile. The quality of care is on the same level or better, but they don't pander or baby me. They accommodate my requests and are happy to answer my questions without barriers and sales tactics, they do right. It's a relief to be in the hands of someone knowledgeable and respectful, with experience handling extreme cases, my husband would be in a bad spot if not for Dr. Soto, and Carla is always a ray of sunshine on my day.

Excellent Dentist Dr. Carla is amazing! I love this beautiful clean and courtesy office from walking in with Pamela all the way to end. Son and i have Been with them for 2 years and dontt plan on leaving!

Good service overall dr soto and dr karla excellent attention to me and my mouth. They give a good care of what you need and all teeth dramas Friendly and natural attention since the front desk with pamela who takes well care and patience of your paper work

Our whole family has been coming for over 10 years and we love the experience. 3 out of our family members have received ortho treatment and been very satisfied! We are now on round two for my daughter and she loves Dr. Karla very much! All their staff is great! Highly recommend!

Fast, gentle, thorough care. Pleasant Staff. Everything explained well and offices clean and comfortable. 10/14/25 update: They even moisturize your LIPS, so you don't come out dry and cracked and provide you shades for your eyes and play movies or videos for you so you can relax! I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! I came in initially for a crown and root canal, and I was honestly nervous based on past dental experiences elsewhere. But from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was incredibly efficient and completely painless. Dr. Soto and Dr. Gutierrez clearly know what they’re doing and use the latest techniques to make it as comfortable as possible. A few weeks later, I had an unexpected emergency with a different tooth that was severely inflamed and causing intense pain. I called the office, and they were able to get me in right away for an emergency extraction. Dr. Soto was calm, compassionate, and quick. The relief I felt after that visit was unbelievable. From routine work to emergencies, they’ve proven they’re professional, caring, and truly excellent at what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care with minimal discomfort.

I wish I could give more stars! This place is welcoming, professional, kind, clean, and patient. I wasn't rushed at all, and after being seen, I was taken to a room for a consultation and treatment plan where I could ask questions and have everything broken down for me. My insurance was reviewed, and options were given with visual aids to help me understand what I needed and why. I have never been treated so well by any kind of doctor office in my life! I love them! Also, they put on videos about baby animals while I was being checked out. I have always been jealous of my kids Dentist for doing this and now I can be distracted too! 😃
