Smile Design Dentistry Cape Coral

Lissette the dental hygienist did a great job. She was thorough and worked with me and my sensitive teeth. I can barely stand the air that’s used in cleaning teeth. She let me hold the instrument and it really helped me. I would recommend her to everyone.

It’s been almost a month since my visit to Smile Design in Cape Coral, and I’m still thinking about how wonderful my experience was — all thanks to Nichole at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming, truly making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, was incredibly informative, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in providing excellent service. Nichole is an absolute gem and a huge asset to the Smile Design team! I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I have been using smile design for about 2 years now and can honestly say that since I started going here they have answered all my questions, met all my expectations but most importantly have made me comfortable where I no longer dread going to the dentist. A great clinic and a great team.

Not good communication with the patients. If the office is running late with appointments they don't communicate with the patients waiting on their appointment and expect they just to wait without any explanation or consideration if the patient has another appointment to go to and that is very unprofessional. They should let the patient know and offer them to wait or another appointment if they can't. When I tried to speak with a supervisor I was told she wasn't there and then it got explained that they were running behind but that wasn't what they told the patient when they were waiting and asked twice.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! We had an appointment this morning and we did not feel welcome at all. First we were told the appointment cost was $49 when we made the appointment. At check in she said "I don’t know who told you that because the cost is $79. The X-ray were done and the Dr came into the office. He suggested a root canal and a crown after a filling was missing. The cost of that treatment was close to $4000 and we were not able to cover the cost, then we asked if a temporary filling was possible till we were ready financially and the Dr changed his attitude, he got upset when we asked him for a temporary filling and turned his back to us, since then he did not look at us and his upsetting attitude got worse, he left the room to complete paperwork and never saw him again. No thank you for coming, no have a good day… nothing. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!! The dental assistant shared how tired she was so to lack a sleep for being a a party the night before…"Are you the one treating me today?" My husband asked…so unprofessional!!! On top of that the place is so unhealthy, dust everywhere, equipment extremely old and rusty, including instruments need it to treat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Hi there to everyone that is thinking about going to this clinic, I have been a patient of this dental clinic for 5 months already ,let me tell you a little bit about my history with them . September 2025 when there trying to get some relief for a toothache ended up with a bridge project in both sides of my mouth , got the temporary one until my next appointment was supposed to get the permanent, even the temporary was so horrible and out of shape resulting in a completed different color , well long history short the permanent was wrong , next appointment November again was wrong color and didn’t cover the hole tooth in the back , the doctor for a 3rd time put analgesic on me and grinding my molars again don’t know why I had no pain at that time but well they are the specialist 🤦‍♂️ whorse thing ever I m still on temporary is January and with a lot of pain . Besides doctor hands are always shaking don’t know the reason. Someone has to stop this from happening to another person . All the reviews are really bad except the ones from family and friends . Won’t say my doctors name until my next visit.will keep you posted. Don’t go there for any design please so you won’t suffer as am I now.

I’m so happy to be a patient of Dr. Guzman and Lisette! For the first time, I truly feel valued as a patient and not treated like a wallet, which is rare in this industry. Lisette has hands of silk, she’s caring, detailed, and absolutely professional in every cleaning. Highly recommended!
