I would love to take the time to appreciate this staff and team who took care of me today. I have been dealing with a broken molar for the past two weeks. They took me in and everything was fast easy process and I am pain free thanks to them. Thank you Aisha for walking me through the payments. And to the doctor he was very nice and extraction was a breeze.I did not feel a thing except the pressure. And now I am walking pain free woman. Thank you Aspen dental for all that you do.

Dr Philips is very professional and listened to all my questions and answered them very well. His staff is also very knowledgeable and very helpful. Can’t say anything negative about them on the contrary they are top notch group! Thanks, you are very much appreciated! Aspen

Called with a dental emergency. They got me right in for a quick evaluation and scheduled extraction for two teeth two hours later. Procedure was quick with very little pain. Hardly any follow-on discomfort. Overall, surprisingly pleasant experience. Dentist, tech, radiologist, and office staff were all top notch!!

Do not go to Aspen Dental on Cape Coral & Santa Barbara. Their website advertises emergency care, but when I called in severe pain, they said the soonest they could see me was Monday. Once I got there, instead of treating my cracked tooth, they wasted time with x-rays, pushed a $900 "deep cleaning" I didn’t need, and then quoted me over $800 for one extraction plus a bone graft that was never explained. They even tried pressuring me to book with their oral surgeon who’s only there once a month. Thankfully, I went to my real oral surgeon the next day, got everything I needed done (including additional work) for under $500. Aspen also refused to send my x-rays to my oral surgeon, forcing me to pay for new ones. Completely unprofessional, overpriced, and predatory. Long story short: Aspen Dental cares more about upselling and money than actually helping patients. Stay far away.

Waited for over 54 mins after my appointment after being there 30 mins early. NOT one person came up to me and told me why I was waiting or when I would be seen. Totally unprofessional..the lady who finally came to get me was very kind...

I moved to Florida almost 2 years ago needing to find a dentist. As anyone knows from moving from state to state, finding new physicians can be quite challenging. Fortunately and unfortunately, one of my caps broke off while eating dinner Friday evening, which gave me that sense of urgency to find a new dental practice. Thankfully, Aspen Dental, came to my rescue and was able to make me an appointment that following morning. Each and every person associated with Aspen Dental was a delight. From making my appointment that Friday evening to visiting the office on Saturday and being seen by several people assessing the work that needed to be done with my teeth and correcting my broken cap. I highly recommend Aspen Dental at their Cape Coral South location. Beyond impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and dedication to me having overall healthy teeth and gums and correcting my broken crown. Thank you Aspen Dental 😁
