I am 73 and have never had to have a tooth extracted so I was very nervous about having one of my wisdom teeth taken out. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dawlatly and the entire staff, beginning with the receptionist! They understood and made me feel so comfortable through the entire process, explainly each step and saying words of encouragement. The procedure was quick and absolutely painless. I would recommend NEO Dental to anyone needing oral surgery!

Had wisdom teeth removed here. After putting it off for years, my dentist said it was time. The doctor’s and staff here were all great to work with and it was a good experience overall, even at 40 years old. I’d only recommend this team to anyone in the future

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience to get a tooth extracted. Dr Dietrich and his team was the best dental experience you could want for getting a tooth pulled. Minimal pain afterwards. Just a minor soreness. By far a fraction of the pain I experienced with the cracked tooth. That oral surgeon dental team make this a pleasant experience coming to their office. Would recommend them over anyone else I’ve ever used to get a tooth extracted. The Dr was so quick in and out, I thought he was just switching tools but he was done, in a very short time! I was in a lot of pain and after run around with another chain dental office, this team worked me into their busy schedule that very day!

I’m a 38 year old military veteran and I highly recommend this facility for implants. Dr Dietrich and his crew ensured me that everything will be fine and it went great. Very minimal pain at all mostly a little discomfort and soreness of course that’s to be expected since I had three implants put in. I had a root canal done on my back molar on the same side two weeks before the surgery and that caused more pain and discomfort than the implants. I hope this helps anyone having doubts on implants and what to expect.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dietrich and his staff! Specifically Kim. My daughter had surgery today and they treated her like she was their own child. Explained everything that was happening and eased her nerves. On our way home from the procedure my daughter said that it felt like myself and her dad was in there with her. Kim was stroking her hair and Dr. Dietrich was holding her hand as the anesthesia was started. They truly do care about each patient individually and give them their undivided attention when in their care. After this experience we won’t go anywhere else for any oral surgery needs! Thank you Dr. Dietrich and Kim!!!

Yesterday I needed to get a tooth extracted then multiple bone grafts and prep for 2 implants. I was extremely nervous!! I felt NOTHING during the entire procedure! When the numbness wore off there was as expected pain and swelling. But nothing intolerable. I took only one pain pill last night so I could sleep. And today took only ibuprofen. No pain! Just swelling but I’m using cold compresses. As for Dr. Ali and the staff…. Outstanding!!! So kind and explained everything step. I’m just so impressed. If I need implants or surgery in the future I’ll his is the only oral surgeons I’ll go to. HIGHLY recommend!!!
