Hudec Dental

We have been seen by Hudec dental for years. We LOVE our dentist and hygienist Billie. Our entire family is very comfortable there. The staff is so friendly and we love the office. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. My wife has a lot of anxiety seeing the dentist and they make her very comfortable. They are knowledgeable and sensitive to dental needs.

Stay far away! I first called and scheduled for a cleaning. When I get there I was told I have to have X-rays and there was no hygienist on duty to clean my teeth ( I was a new patient) then the dentist tells me I need a deep cleaning. Which I already had at my previous dentist and yes I told them this! So I call for my 2nd appointment to get a cleaning. I get that scheduled to be called an hour later stating. They have to move my appointment because I need a deep clean. I call to tell them I don’t want a deep clean and am told unfortunately the dentist says o need one so that’s what they have to schedule me for….

This was my first appointment. The dentist was fine and the hygienist was fine. However, the office has a policy that if you don’t accept their recommendation, they will not treat you at all. On my very first visit, they applied a lot of pressure to get me to agree to a deep cleaning that would have cost me over $2000 out of pocket after insurance!!!!! I don’t like high pressure! They indicated that if I did not agree to this deep cleaning , they would not be willing to ever do a regular cleaning of my teeth for me. I will not be going back!

My experience was amazing. I was so afraid and everyone was so very kind and gentle. My daughter also had wisdom teeth done a couple of weeks ago and was well cared for. Thank you Hudec, Dr. Dai, and dental assistants.

Staff n dentist were all very nice, professional and caring ! Couldn’t be more pleased with my new dentist! Recent visit w dr Baik n asst Claudia; scared to death ! Needed 4 teeth pulled ! Sarah n Claudia , we’re very patient with me , made me feel comfortable and relaxed ! Some pain was involved , as 3 teeth were broken off at the gum line ! They worked very long and hard removing these teeth ! I am no longer frightened about dental visits ! These two professionals, are the best ! Look forward to future visits,! If you fear dental visits; schedule an appointment at HD dental at Belton Village, where dr Baik and asst Claudia will provide the best service anywhere ! Thank you , dr Sarah Baik n asst Claudia!!!!

Great people, perfect service. Made me feel special, like I wasn't an inconvenience to their day ! Rare in today's world.

You Guys at Beldon Village Hudec Dental Are AWESOME!!!!! I've been terrified of Dentists since an unpleasant experience at 8 years old. But you guys have totally erased that bad memory with your kindness, patience & pleasant personalities everytime i have an appt. with you! THANKS Belden Village Hudec Dental!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
