If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I never leave bad reviews anywhere. Please don't go here if you have a choice. Before I came here, I have moderate tooth pain due to receding gums. Now I have severe tooth pain from a cavity filling, and continued pain. They removed my orthodontic work to get to the cavity. The care is poor, the staff are negligent, and they treat you like you are not even there. I waited an hour for my appointment. During my filling, the tech was talking to her coworkers about unrelated things, gossiping, and joking around. When I would tell her that something felt wrong/uncomfortable, she would just say, "I don't feel it, so it's fine." While she was doing my filling, another one of her coworkers came up to her and hugged her WHILE I was underneath her. WHILE she was working on my teeth. Also, when the dentist was numbing my teeth, I got extremely dizzy (I have preexisting health conditions that cause me to pass out) and nothing was done. They said, "We'll give you a minute." And they just left me there. I had to get up eventually to ask if they were going to finish. I went in for a cleaning after this appointment and I waited over an hour. I just left. I'm never going back.
Every single time I come, I have to wait about an hour after my original appointment time to be seen. They say they only have "3 doctors " but book 40 people for the same time and the lady at the desk gets an attitude when you ask what the point is in making an appointment. I hear other people complain too while in my longggg wait and they give all the customers the same treatment. I’m at least glad I’m given equal treatment.
The service here is awful. I left the er due to tooth pain bc of filling they gave me fell out. I called the office the Dr told me they didn't have anyone for an appt to come to the office and I did and they kept taking everyone back that came in after me. I went up to the desk to ask when I was goin to be seen and the nurse said 2 people are ahead of you what do u expect me to do then got mad bc I asked when I was goin to be seen and said I'm not dealing with her and walked away I have never been treated so poorly by staff. I would understand if I was cussing raising my voice ect. But just to walk away bc u don't wanna deal with it bc your office made a mistake is just wrong. Do better if u tell a patient to come there see them in a timely manner. I'd like to add it's only the front desk staff that needs to learn how to speak to patients. The back of the office staff is very nice and I've never had any problems. It's just the front desk who don't seem to not know how to talk to people without being rude.
When you are scheduled A appointment and Is on time and you are there over a hour and half to be seen what’s the point with making an appointment when they don’t follow the made appointments! if they stop over booking schedule more individual would be more happy but they are sure to take your money! at least try to cut cost for our inconveniences!!
My experience was okay. Back in October I visited but wasn't able to get a cleaning done until I got my fillings. I never heard that before. Then I got my fillings done in October and had to wait 3 months for a cleaning that only took two minutes. And I got 8 fillings at once and thinking back, that was way too many to receive at one time. Then two weeks later, I had to go back because I was in so much pain and I didn't even get a prescription during my fill visit. Then I had to hear the lady next to me get a tooth extracted being awake. That poor lady was in so much agony. Why in the world would y'all not bring in an anesthesiologist or refer them somewhere else? Seems like they are money hungry to me.
Ive had bad experiences multiple times with this location. Last year when my wisdom teeth were removed and the surgeon left embedded in my gums a piece of a tooth that was supposed to be removed, now my gums have healed over it and i still feel that. My appointment yesterday was for a few fillings set for 1:20pm i checked in a few minutes before then. I was not even numbed for the fillings until 4:00pm and then after all was done i walked out, took a look in the mirror, and then came back in to have the dentist go over and shape the filling she had just done again because it looked awful. She was quick sure but you can tell the job was rushed. My bite still feels weird and I’m still very displeased. I wouldn’t have returned to this place after the wisdom tooth thing if it weren't for the fact another dental office would take months to take in a new patient and i needed to get fillings sooner than later. Avoid bright now if you can.
Honestly, this place deserves 3 stars at the max. They make you wait for so long just to do the smallest things. Most of their staff is extremely rude, at-least that’s from my experience. When I was getting a procedure on my teeth, the woman doing it kept making snarky remarks when I asked questions. Such as things she was putting into my mouth unannounced. She kept getting irritated, frustrated and just sighed the entire time. I don’t even entirely trust this place from the other reviews I’ve seen. Do they even DO the actual dental help you need? Or do things they never tell you just so you can come back and spend even more money to fix ur teeth when in reality they most likely don’t. The dirty blonde desk lady is very disrespectful by the way and should be told to be more professional towards customers.
