Awakened with moderate, becoming severe pain involving a rear molar over the weekend. Called the offices on Sunday morning and was able to speak to the dentist on call. Took a full history and recommended a treatment plan till Monday morning. Called 8:00 on Monday morning and was scheduled to see Dr Sprague at 10:30. Well, exam/xrays and a diagnosis made involving the need for a root canal, possibly two. Referred to endodontist with appointment being scheduled for early afternoon due to the complexity of the working diagnosis and treatment. X-rays were electronically forwarded and I was provided referral information. Walked out of the office at 11:00. Could not be happier with how the support staff took care of me, and of course, Dr Sprague is always a 10.

Cecelia did a great job, making me feel comfortable while efficiently getting me in and out for my cleaning. I’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend them. I’m sad that I’ll need to find a new provider once I go on Medicare.

The hygienist, Cecilia, was great. Gentle and very caring. My regular DDS was not in the office that day but the other DDS that came and reviewed my ex rays (unfortunately do not remember his name) was kind and informative. I’ve been going to Rosewood Dental for at least 15 years and have no desire to change dentists. I highly recommend.

Dental emergency (broken tooth). Dr. Packham and staff were able to see me immediately and install a crown that same day. As always… he and staff were personable, professional and efficient.
