The office is clean, modern, and has a calm atmosphere that really helped ease any nerves I had about going to the dentist. The dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and they answered all my questions with patience and care. It’s clear they truly care about their patients’ well-being, not just getting through appointments quickly. Jessaca made a scheduling easy, and she were very accommodating with appointment times. I also appreciated that they use the latest technology, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Just want to say that Jaclyn is amazing. My son is older and has never had to deal with dental matters so he was extremely nervous to handle his tooth extraction on his own. Jaclyn made him feel so comfortable and was extremely helpful. When we came for the extraction I (mom) came with him and again she made him feel so comfortable, she relieved all his stress and made me as well feel relieved. She’s is so friendly and reassuring. It’s not often that an employee is as accommodating and friendly as she. So thank you for employing someone like Jaclyn.

I hardly ever write reviews but my experience at this office is Worth talking about. I have really horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, from the moment I walked in the door, the office was warm and welcoming: Dr. Ho is the best dentist I have ever been to, he took his time and explained to me in detail the treatment I needed done. He listened to my concerns and addressed every question I had. He introduced me to Jacqueline the office manager, she took the time to go over my treatment plan. We discussed financing and payments plans. It didn’t matter how many times I asked the same question I loved the fact that I did not feel rushed. They took their time and made sure I understood what needed to be done. The two of them weren’t just selling me treatment. They were educating me on how important it is to take care of my dental health, especially when you have other health issues going on. (I do) For that I am extremely grateful because I had no idea. They have a patient for life and I will be recommending my family and friends to them as well
