Camarillo Dental Group and Orthodontics

By far the Greatest Dental office experience!! My son and I enjoyed a visit for exam and cleaning with the Pediatric office. Shout out to Dr. Niloo, Rhiann, Serena and RDA Amanda for making us feel beyond comfortable. My daughter and I also shared another great experience for her wisdom teeth removal the following day. Nadire was one of the kindest, funniest, knowledgeable dental assistants! Also, Dr. Roberson, assistant Jen and Dr. Fly were very informative and beyond knowledgeable. THANK YOU SO MUCH! KUDOS!

After shopping around for a good dentist, I had my first appointment at Camarillo Dental Group with Dr. Shane Roberson, DMD today and my experience was incredibly positive. I have gone without dental insurance for over a decade. That turned out to be no problem, since they charge a very reasonable rate for first-time appointments that includes x-rays, a dental exam, and basic teeth cleaning. The office was clean and modern, and the staff was competent and friendly. The administrator, Bree, was so courteous and helpful. Jennifer, my dental assistant was very professional, detailed, and as nice as can be. They seem to really care about what they are doing and set a very high standard. I was very impressed with Dr. Roberson. He explained everything to me clearly in an encouraging way, diligently probing for cavities and cleaning my teeth much more thoroughly than I expected. He patiently answered all my questions and recommended I return for a deep cleaning and annual exams. I can say my teeth were in much better condition when I left than when I arrived. They felt smoother and cleaner than ever before. Speaking about affordability, it seems like dental insurance these days is primarily a discount program. Camarillo Dental Group accepts many different insurance plans and they even offer their own annual dental plan featuring deep discounts off the regular rates. I overheard them offer a payment plan to another patient for more substantial work I suppose. I compared several local dental clinics before deciding on Camarillo Dental Group and I am glad I did because I feel like I received the best care possible. They greatly exceeded my expectations.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by three friendly and professional team members who assisted me with my insurance information and made the check-in process seamless. My dental assistant, Jen, performed my X-rays with great care and professionalism, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Roberson was thorough in his examination, addressed all of my concerns, and clearly explained his findings. His approachable and knowledgeable manner immediately put me at ease. As someone who typically feels anxious about dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcomed I felt during my appointment. I am confident that I’ve found my new dental home and look forward to continuing my care with this outstanding team

I had a great experience at the dental office, and I want to give a special shoutout to Breanna for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Breanna made me feel at ease, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and ensured everything ran smoothly during my visit. It's clear she genuinely cares about patients and takes pride in her work. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend this office—and if you have the chance to work with Breanna, you're in excellent hands!

I just had a broken crown replaced by Dr. Roberson and Assistant Jen and am very satisfied with the results and the experience. The new crown was a perfect fit right out of the box, so to speak, so there was no fitting work which I found impressive. Both doctor and assistant were highly competent and efficient; I had no pain (numbing was offered but I declined) and they handled the work from start to finish with obvious skill, expertise and confidence and I was merrily on my way in no time. Kudos to them and the front office!

Dr Roberson and his assistant Jen were awesome. This was my first appointment, a dental emergency, my crown popped off my back molar. Turns out I had a cavity under my crown. I hadn’t had any dental procedures in decades. Dr. Roberson made sure I was completely numb. I literally didn’t feel a thing. The staff was very friendly. They continued to check in with me through out. I love how the equipment has progressed in crown making since I had mine done decades ago. Luis was very gentle and knowledgeable as he performed my X-rays and made my temporary with ease. I was pretty nervous coming to this appointment, but I feel like I have found my new dental family. I’m very, very happy.

Picked Camarillo Dental Group recently when I changed insurance coverage. Wasn’t certain what to expect even though I did read reviews, as they can be questionable at times. Here is what I discovered during my initial visit. Dr. Mar, Jen (one of the assistants) and the rest of the team were friendly (at times even funny which works for me in a dental environment), knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with useful explanations, diagnoses and recommendations. The practice uses what looks like the latest in scanning and X-ray technologies which makes evaluating my dental circumstance visually more understandable. While the news I received on my visit wasn’t what I was hoping for, at least my discussion with Dr. Mar was honest and open and was seeded with a bit of humor. Dentistry can always use a bit of humor to soften what at times can be undesirable and sometimes ultimately painful news. Glad I chose Camarillo Dental Group. I hope the subsequent visits will be equally informative, efficient and to a degree fun. Thanks again Dr. Mar and Jen for making the first visit a success.
