I've been to many dentist places and nothing compares to this one! They are not overly expensive, so good for someone like me who is low on money. They are kind to me and treat me great. They are fast at answering, can get me in immediately. I see them every 4 months. Only thing to warn you is if you make an appointment, be careful if you need to cancel, must do it before 24 hours is reached or you'll own 100 bucks. But everything else is great!

Went to this location because I had a broken tooth. I thought the tooth was beyond repair but the dentist insisted to try to repair the tooth. They drilled it and put a filling in it. Not to mention that it was the most painfull drilling I have even experienced because when they shot me with the Novocaine the dentist did not return to drill the tooth for 20 minutes and the Novocaine wore off by then. The tooth never healed and I was sensitive and painfull for 6 months! I returned to get a wisdom tooth pulled and made them aware of the pain and sensitivity in the broken tooth that they had tried to fix for the second time. All said and done they offered to do a root canal therapy on the broken tooth that they tried to fix after months of pain and sensitivity. I declined and told them to pull the tooth along with the wisdom tooth! So after all that they still charged me to pull the the tooth that they could not fix correctly! It also felt like every employee there was bothered by the fact that i was there for service and very rude!

Have been going to WNY Dental for 6-7 years. At this location, I called ahead to inform I would arrive late and the receptionist answered the phone with just "hello". I arrived late but within grace period of 15 minutes at around 15 minutes. I was refused service by the receptionist. It’s very difficult at times to fit these kinds of appointments in a busy schedule (I had already rescheduled from a few weeks/month ago), and it’s nice when medical offices can be accommodating.

I have mixed feelings. My first visit was great, after the inital visit I was not impressed. I waited for months to hear back about my insurance coverage, then once I did I scheduled a appointment right away. They stated that they lost my impression and I had to pay for new ones. Okay that was the first hit, then the second was the unpleasant Dental assistant. She may me feel small and spoke down to me. There was no use of person centered language and she was just rude. I made sure to call to never have to work with this individual again. I was only given the opportunity to meet with the doctor once for a brief maybe 5 minutes. This meeting follow up with a bill for over 5 thousand dollars. If I am paying that amount of money for service, I would like to make sure I am at least getting good service and not met with an attitude. If you are going to loss something I expect not to pay for it. I would not recommend at least this location to anyone else.

I don't leave bad reviews unless the situation is so frustrating and prolonged that I feel compelled to. Over the past six months, the experience with this office has been awful, which is a shame since the dentist and dental hygienist were very friendly. However, the billing department struggles to get things together and makes too many mistakes. I have had 8-10 calls with them over the past 6 months, stating that my bill has been taken care of, only to be told it hasn't been several times, back and forth. I went in for a dental cleaning, but I was initially sick. I called ahead of time to reschedule by leaving a message over the weekend. They didn't check their voicemail because I received a bill with a $100 no-show fee added despite nothing being said to me during my rescheduled appointment. So I called and explained to them that I was sick and called ahead of time. I spoke to the manager, and they said they would wipe the $100 off for me, which they eventually did. I only owed $40, which I paid, and my Humana Dental insurance covered the rest. I have proof from Humana that they paid everything except $140 and from the WNY Billing portal that everything was taken care of on the statements dated February 17 and March 19, including the $100 no-show fee. Recently, I received a call from them again, stating that I owe $259 and that it is due on June 18. I called them and explained the situation again, for what felt like the tenth time, and they said, 'Let me talk to the manager.' I called back, and they said everything is taken care of, yet I still have a statement showing $259 owed. I am leaving this review and have proof that everything should be taken care of, as confirmed by multiple sources now. I am extremely disappointed and will definitely never use this Delaware office again, and I may also consider never using WNY Dental again.

This company should be avoided at all costs due to unethical and incompetent billing practices. I have good insurance, been going here for a while for cleanings, and then out of nowhere I get an unexpected bill stating there is a past due balance of….. zero dollars. I called, they apparently put my insurance id wrong on the claim. Ok. The problem is this scenario has repeated multiple times over months. I go to pay online and it says no balance due, I call and am told to disregard. Now I get a letter threatening to send this to a collection agency and hit my credit score. So we have the worst combination of incompetence and misrepresentations going on - at this point I will take time off work and walk in 65 dollars cash to get rid of these people. On top of this, be aware this company is a volume based mill. Cleanings are under 10 minutes. Last summer they recommended a root canal for a sore tooth, which went away after a couple weeks and had been fine since. Thankfully I had the sense to wait and not get it done since they couldn’t explain why I needed it in the first place. I had stuck around because they were conveniently located, but save yourself a headache (toothache?) and go somewhere else.

I've been going here for maybe 8 years and I've had some serious work like a root canal done. I have a needle phobia so it's great that the dentists will work with you and listen to your concerns and are pretty skilled so I highly recommend checking them out to set you straight.
