I am always very satisfied with my chiropractic visits with Dr. James Lee. He provides detailed explanations and thorough adjustments every time. Since my posture has improved, my pain has significantly decreased, which makes me very happy. All of the staff at Fullerton KCS are incredibly kind and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and caring chiropractic care.

If you’re not fluent in Korean, it’s very difficult to receive proper care here. The doctors speak very limited English, and communication was a major barrier. I came in educated and informed about my condition, clearly requested the appropriate treatment, and was still prescribed the wrong medication. I felt completely dismissed and gaslit, despite advocating for myself and providing accurate information.

KCS truly has a heart that wants to do their best. While things may not always be perfectly executed, I deeply appreciate their sincere effort and dedication to caring for patients.

Don’t recommend the older therapist with glasses. He cut me off for some reason but I’m glad he did because he was not personable and felt very judgy. His English is also very rough so it was difficult to communicate with him. Might be better suited for Korean speaking folks, but not English. Literally scheduled my appointment with him on zoom and than the clinic claims that it was never made. Blessing in disguise tbh

The ladies at the front are so kind and welcoming and the doctors are all knowledgable and want the best for their patients. I've never had any problems here =)

I’ve been going to get acupuncture and acupressure treatments with Stella for the past few visits and she’s absolutely amazing. The place is really really nice and clean. The staff is really helpful. They’re on their appointment. They’re always reminding you of the appointment and they’re very kind and friendly I would definitely recommend us to anyone.
