This place is awesome!!! They did a great job on my mouth, I feel so confident every time I step outside everyday. The dentist took his time and did excellent work. I also had emergencies and the dentist did his very best to make sure that I look my best temporarily. He made sure it was affordable and that it was the best decision for me. I am always getting compliments on my smile. I would recommend this place a million times if you want excellent service and great work❤️😊

Loved my experience at trump village dental. Today was my first time and I’m definitely coming back. No wait, so efficient, and very considerate. They walked me through each step of the procedure and what needs to be done further. Highly recommend! The hygienist, Lena, was great. And the front desk workers were so polite and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment in advance and specifically asked over the phone whether my Fidelis insurance was accepted. I was told with full confidence: "Yes, we accept it." When I arrived, I was informed that my Fidelis Silver plan is actually out of network. This is extremely unprofessional. You cannot just give robotic "yes" answers about insurance without checking the actual plan. Patients rely on accurate information — this is healthcare, not guesswork. The front desk acted like a machine: no critical thinking, no effort to verify the plan, no initiative to clarify details — just a blunt "we don’t take your plan" once I was already there. Staff need to be forward-thinking and responsible. It’s not the patient who sits in front of the system that checks insurance — it’s YOU. It is your job to verify coverage before confirming an appointment. This kind of negligence wastes people’s time and creates unnecessary stress. If this clinic wants to be taken seriously, they must start verifying insurance properly and stop making empty promises. Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that others double-check everything themselves, because you cannot rely on the information given by the staff.
