I was very fortunate to meet. Dr. Kiumehr while searching for a new dentist. Dr. K was always patient with me when I asked questions. His wonderful staff- Tina, Mari and the technicians made me genuinely feel welcomed, at ease and comfortable during my visits. I highly recommend Serenity and plan on referring friends and family in the future.

Omg! Dr was so amazing! I got my root canal done last week. He did it so well, it didn’t hurt at all, even so quickly. He did it like a magic. Honestly I was so scared of it because I’ve never done root canal. I took painkiller right after the procedure just in case but I didn’t need to take it after that. Because it didn’t hurt at all. He is not only nice and gentle, he also has skills!

I have had some really bad experiences with Serenity Laser Dental. My first experience was great and I think I even wrote a review. My last few experiences have been not so great. I must say however I have appreciated the dental hygienist who has given me good advice every time I have seen her. I only really see the dentist for a brief minute if there is a problem. The last time two times after my cleaning I was told that I would get a call from the doctor after he looked at my xrays. I have never had that experience elsewhere. Usually on routine 6 month visit I get cleaning, x-rays and the dentist examines me. Not at Serenity. Twice when I came in I had other issues that I needed to address so I insisted on seeing the dentist. I was not given a full exam but just a look at the area I was concerned about, given pain meds and antibotics and told to wait for my insurance company to approve the procedures. Too often my case is denied by the insurance company because the required xrays or explanation is never sent -according to the insurance company. I therefore have to reach out to the dentist to send the paperwork. I have finally had it with Serenity. In August I went because I had some discomfort in my gums. After the cleaning I was told the dentist would look at my xrays and call if there was a problem. My experience there that day was already not so pleasant as two employees got into a verbal back and forth and was screaming at each other. I was waiting in the dentist chair when I was told that he had left for the day and would call me later. I was past pissed and verbalized this. The dentist had not left yet and so he came in but only examined the area of complaint. No full exam- smh. I had a abscess which he drained, gave me pain meds and antibiotics. I was told that they had to put a claim into my insurance to do a procedure. A month or so later I received a letter from my insurance that the dentist did not send the x-rays so the claim was denied. I called the dentist and they said they would resubmit and I waited- abscess still in my mouth and antibiotics are done. Yesterday my insurance company calls me and mails me a denial letters stating that again the dentist did not send in the x-rays! I called today and was told the insurance companies lie to patients and gave me another reason why the case was denied. I complained that I still have an abscess bubble in my mouth and am frustrated. The office told me to go to urgent care then. I said this is frustrating and I was told to "Go do something about it" and then she hung up on me. I would not wish this on a dead dog with fleas.

Appointment ls always running late. One hygienist and overlooking patients. Old location was not so nice. 5th ave is a slightly better. Still tight. The area for the hygienist is at the back. You are exposed to everyone going in the office. It's not very calm and I already have anxiety of being at a dentist.

Since becoming a patient a few months ago, the staff has been fantastic. Professional: they take the time explain all I need to know and understand about the recommended procedures. Will recommend the practice to others

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The staff is great and the doctor is very nice and attentive. I’ve never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen. At every other office, my procedures are always denied. Surprisingly, they were able to get all my procedures approved. I got three root canals and three crowns done with them and will continue to come there for all my dental needs. Thank you so much!

First time coming to this dentist and will never change this place. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and so down to earth. These ladies have a beautiful vibe and great energy. The cleaning was so smooth. Thank you so much!
