Maple Brook Dental of MN

Today was my first visit in this dental office of Dr Lam. His staff upon registration I found them so friendly and pleasant not feeling being rush but taking the time to get all the information they needed. Then , upon taking me to the exam room the staff was also pleasant and very careful as she explained to me she will take 18 pictures of my teeth. To my surprise it didn’t hurt like other dental clinic I went in the past . She was gentle and made sure it didn’t hurt. And today was my lucky day ! In spite I didn’t make an appointment to do my every six months dental cleaning the dental hygienist took me in and did a great job. With her 40 yrs experienced as a dental hygienist I couldn’t complained she did an excellent job! Thanks Julie! And to top it all I finally met my new dentist Dr Lam. I was impressed with his expertise and caring gentle assessment on my concern regarding my broken bridge. He explained what needs to be done and wants to fix my concern right away . So the office manager on insurance and finance took care my insurance coverage right away in no time my insurance approved the procedure . So what more can I say except I want to recommend this dental clinic and have the same pleasant and friendly experienced I had today . Keep smiling 😁 May 21, 2025( continuation) Today I returned to Dr Lam so he can replace my new broken bridge. I am very very pleased and happy with my new porcelain bridge . It fits perfectly no adjustment needed to be done. Dr Lam is an awesome dentist and staff so caring and professional. I will only trust Dr Lam to do my dental needs and I hope many as well . Now I can keep smiling again. 🤩😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 June 18,2025( continuation) After almost a month I had a follow up visit to see Dr Lam in regards to my dental bridge . So far I can honestly say I am very pleased and satisfied to his work. The bridge fits perfectly , I can eat better whatever I want and mostly I can talk and smile and not feeling conscious that I have a missing teeth! So I just want to say thanks to all his office staff for their friendliness and professionalism . But most of all I appreciate and thank Dr Lam for his detailed work on my dental bridge . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩😁

Really friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. They give you a TV to watch while you have your work done. Not a fan of Star Wars at all lol just saying. Overall, very happy with the place though.

The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Dan Lam is the best doctor I've ever met! I highly recommend him to everyone. Galina is wonderful and helps a lot!!!

Maple Brook dental it's a nice place to go. I will recommend friends, family members to go at maple Brook dental. They will do you work to your satisfaction, and all the staff are down to earth. I appreciate you guys for the good work.

Be careful with Dr. Dan Lam ( his previous name was Danh Lam ) and Dental therapist name Cheyton Homan who work in this clinic name Maple Brook Family Dentistry ( this clinic name had been change from Maple Brook Dental Center ). They pass MN Care tax ( the tax that they have to pay to State for their revenue) to me and use more expensive material to filled for my tooth without of informed me and with out of my consent. I had called to ask them to refund my over pay. Dr. Dan Lam refused to refund and offer me to come back to redo it with the material which they should used in the first time . "I must be out of my mind if I take his offer" I told the front desk lady name Amira . I had report this to MN Attorney General Office and MN Board Of Dentistry and file a complaint to my Delta Dental Insurance. As a result the Insurance had instructed Dr. Dan Lam refund my over pay. It is included MN Care tax and extra cost for expensive material that they made me pay

A wonderful doctor with golden hands. For the first time in my life, I had anesthesia where I didn't feel any pain. My assistant, Galina, was a wonderful helper. I highly recommend this place.
