Beacon Family Dental - Brookline

I have been exploring dental offices in the area since 2024 and have been disappointed by most of them. Beacon Family Dental is the only one so far that truly cares about their patients, whereas many other offices only focus on making more profit. Everything here is extremely transparent and professional, from the front desk to the dentist and hygienist. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a try. First of all, I wasn’t sure whether my insurance would cover the dental expenses, the front desk staff carefully reviewed my insurance and explained the coverage breakdown step by step. I’ve visited four dental offices in the past year, and no one else has ever done this, all of the other front desk I spoke to brushed off these questions and only tried to persuade me into buying more of their services. Second, my hygienist, Samantha, genuinely cares about her patients. She did my cleaning in a super gentle way, and she kept asking me to let her know immediately if I felt any discomfort during the process. Last but not least, Dr. Liu examined my teeth, noticed some bleeding, and suggested a partial deep cleaning only if necessary. This was by far the fairest advice I’ve received. At other offices, the first recommendation was always a full deep cleaning. Overall, my experience at Beacon Family Dental has been outstanding! Their transparency, professionalism, and genuine concern for patient comfort truly set them apart from other dental offices I’ve visited. I finally feel confident that my dental health is in trustworthy hands, and I will absolutely continue coming here and recommending them to friends and family.

Highly recommend Dr. Liu! She is professional, ethical, and truly cares about her patients. She chooses the best solution—even when it means less income for her. On my second visit, she found my teeth had improved, adjusted the plan, cleaned and polished my teeth, and didn’t charge me at all. Honest, caring, and trustworthy.

Dr.Liu is the best dentist I've ever met. I was a bit nervous about my first implant but she did it perfectly with her exceptional skills and experiences. She cares about patients and always answers to patients' needs nicely. Other stuffs are also very helpful and friendly.

I did my front tooth implant at Beacon and it was a really nice experience. Dr. Liu was extremely nice and professional. The implant was perfect. She also asked the company to remake my crown after the first trial since the shape was not satisfactory. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants a perfect implant coming here.

I had three dental procedures recently at Beacon Family Dental at Needham, all with great experience. Brand new place, everything is clean and staffs are welcoming. Dr.Liu is very professional, highly skilled, and very patient as well. The assistant Gabby is friendly and efficient. I would recommend to anyone who needs dental care.
