Gentle Dental Brockton

My experience was wonderful, I was having so much anxiety as I needed 9 teeth removed and an immediate denture same day. The doctor and the staff have been amazing from day 1 . The doctor listened to my concerns and fears , took his time and made my very comfortable. The immediate dentures are so natural looking as well.The young ladies at the front desk were sweet , professional and empathetic.. The office Manger work with me to ensure I didn't stress financially. Dentist can be scary but this experience was not scarey at all.

Gentle Dental of Brockton is extremely nice, super clean and very welcoming. I brought my mom there for the first time and was greeted as soon we arrived, staffs are very nice, friendly and great communication. The dentist hygienist and Dr. Bejian explained everything before starting the procedure and they listen to their patients. My mother had a great experience I would definitely recommend Gentle Dental!!! Keep up the good work TEAM!

The front desk staff is remarkably friendly and competent which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of two. The dentist I spoke with is knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Yet, there is something to be desired. I know I’m being vague but there are parts of my experience that were not pleasant and areas that could be improved. That is all I’m willing to say.

Called for an emergency got me in same day and took care of it. Highly recommend. The staff and dentist are out standing

I’ve had a great experience with Gentle Dental and have been a patient of this location since they open. They’re always professional and caring, and when I had a few issues, they took care of everything right away. The manager personally called me to make sure my concerns were addressed, and I really appreciated how they handled everything without me even having to ask. That level of care is rare, and it’s the reason why my family and I continue to go there—and will keep going for years to come. Highly recommend!
