The dental assistant I saw was very good and patient with me. Took his time. Making a temporary crown has an art to it. Love this office. Always so caring and kind. I adore Hayley and the women who is normally on the front desk I wish I knew her name.

I love this place. Very accommodating, friendly, welcoming and just an overall great experience from the time you walk in until you check out and leave. If you're looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend becoming a patient with them! I cracked my tooth last night and they are already taking me in this morning

I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation I have for this staff! Excellent service from the front desk to techs and Dr.! I’ve been to multiple dentists searching high and low for excellent care and I have found it! 100% recommend! I got an appointment in less the 24 hours with sharp shooting tooth pain. The staff took care of me with gentle painless care from X-rays to root canal in one visit. I have had a few root canals at other dental offices and even the way the Dr administered the Novocain was almost pain free. I can’t say enough about the timely manner in which the procedure was done. Thank you Arch Dental!!!

I have been a patient at this dentist for 15+ years. The dentist and staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Chris the hygienist has been cleaning my teeth since I begin coming here. We are on a friendship base more than just a client base. All the dentists assistants are wonderful and friendly. You will feel comfortable and not nervous at all. The reception is glory goes out of her way to help in anyway she can. From repeatedly calling the pharmacy to get a prescription sent correctly, to fixing any issues the insurance may give you. Thank you to all the staff for your warm welcome and caring attitude😃🦷

visited this dental office a few years ago, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst dental experience of my life. I initially went in for a simple cleaning, but the dentist quickly claimed I needed multiple root canals and crowns—first two, and then four. At the time, I trusted his expertise, but in hindsight, my teeth were perfectly fine before this treatment. Over the following years, I experienced constant infections and issues with the crowns and teeth that were treated. I even had to travel to Boston for a corrective procedure because no local dentist would work on top of the previous dental work. Now, at 25, I still face complications with those teeth, which were never an issue before. When I returned to the office recently, I was told that everything looked fine in the x-rays, and I was essentially left to cover the cost of further repairs out of pocket. The lack of care and the dismissive attitude was disheartening. In summary, while the office may be convenient for routine cleanings, I strongly advise caution if you’re considering more extensive procedures here. It’s important to choose a dentist who truly prioritizes your health and well-being

Today I went for the first time to this Arch Dental office and all of them were very polite and friendly. I can’t talk to much yet, but today I had xray and cleaning, it was very good but my gums are to sensitive and it’s more uncomfortable. I can talk more later after my next appointment , I need two extraction 🥺😢

They were so great so polite everybody was so nice they made my daughter feel very comfortable they made me feel comfortable and they were fast I would absolutely recommend them to everybody!
