WARNING: Highly Disappointing Dental Experience I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a dental practice I have been a returning customer of for several years. Despite my trust in the dentist’s extensive dental knowledge and exceptional work ethic, my recent experience has been utterly disastrous. I initially scheduled a root canal procedure and was prepared to pay the full amount out of pocket. I placed significant trust in the dentist and even paid him before he attempted any work. However, he aggressively pressured me to pay in advance. I paid half the amount in advance and another half on the day of the appointment. During the procedure, the dentist discovered that he would not be able to complete the procedure due to a nerve split between two teeth. He then arranged for me to see an endodontist (root canal specialist) to complete the work. Weeks after seeing the endontist, i attempted to contact him via personal phone calls and text and doctor office NO RESPONDS. The most concerning aspect of this situation was the dentist’s complete lack of communication with me after the endodontist’s visit. This behavior is inconsistent with the practice of maintaining a professional office and is unacceptable. I have repeatedly called and texted the dentist’s office at the location 633 Clinton Ave, Bridgeport Ave, 06605, but I have never received a response to schedule another visit. I strongly advise anyone considering this practice to avoid it or to pay the full amount for the service until it is completed. HE EVEN MENTION A 300 CREDIT TO GO TOWARDS THE CROWN . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . I AM WARNING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONLY REASON WHY IM GIVING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE IT DONT ALLOW YOU TO PUT NOTHING.

If you’ve been on a quest like me to find a quality dental office, look no further! This office created a one of a kind experience for me from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out! Jennifer in front was so helpful and patient with me as I got my documents together as a new patient. Donna was a literal joy as a hygienist. She sang songs and made me laugh, which made me so much more comfortable in the chair. Monique was so kind and reassuring during my first procedure at this office. This team’s commitment to ensuring a quality customer experience is unmatched. Don’t even get me started on Dr. Salpeter, UNREAL! This was the first time I have never felt an ounce of pain, at all! He’s so educated and took the time to explain things to me as he went on. He literally remedied an issue that other dentists said couldn’t be done. I am elated to be a new client here and without a doubt HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental needs!

Horrible. Find someone else to do it!!! I called in as a new customer to make an appointment for a toothache. I was so impressed because I got an appointment for the same week. I gave them my insurance information and then I show up for my 4pm appointment at 345pm and the doors are locked. The sign on the door says "closes at 6pm". No one answered the bell or the phone. It was a Friday. I painfully wait until Monday to call and someone answered the phone and hung up in my face 2 times. No one has returned my messages. I'll find another dentist.

i've never been treated with so much disrespect and disregard as a patient. I made an appointment they took my insurance information but as I drove in the parking lot I received a call that there was a computer problem and my appointment had to be canceled and someone would call me back, that was all understandable however, no one ever called me back I called them three times left voice messages and was completely ignored. Do not go to this dental practice you will be completely disregarded.

Dr. Michael Salpeter is an outstanding, talented dentist, the best in my years of seeing different dentists. He is knowledgeable about all dentistry cases and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. A definite plus is the staff which is both very friendly and professional. Bridgeport Dental Group inc office is fantastic! Super clean! They are following all the CDC guidelines. I feel super safe when going. I had many structural issues, which Dr. Salpeter has corrected. Now I am proceeding to the cosmetic phase of treatment. I have no doubts I'll be delighted when the work is complete.

I have been going here for years providers are usually great but the office a bit disorganized these days. I was scheduled for an appointment on a Saturday morning . I went in for my appointment and no one was at the office. I tried calling no one picked up I waited for a while before leaving . I even checked my text messages to make sure and they did send me a reminder for this date and time . No one called to cancel . This is so unprofessional. if not going to be in the office call patients and let them know . This happened to me twice . You don’t like when patients no show for appointments don’t no show for ours .
