Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Brandon, FL

It was a terrible experience, and unfortunately, it happened the day before my birthday. If you plan to go to Bright Now Dental in Brandon, please be very careful about what they charge you, and never sign anything without fully understanding it first. I filed a complaint the same day because of how badly I was treated. The front desk staff at this location are dishonest, and one woman in particular (long black hair, round face) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She humiliated me, disrespected me, and even made me cry. I have never seen a dental office where you are required to pay first and then receive a deep cleaning before even being seen by the doctor. Normally, it should be the doctor—based on the X-rays—who decides the appropriate treatment, not the front desk staff. At this office, however, the women at the front desk act as though they are in charge and make their own decisions about what happens to patients. I strongly suggest keeping a close eye on this location because, if this continues, you will lose customers.

Dr.Gargaz did my root canal and the procedure was wonderfully done. The staff is amazing. And the Dr. was very professional and helpful. Im extremely pleased with my experience and recommend this office to anyone that’s look for a good dental office to get started

Pre-pay before service, additional 2.8% charge if using a credit card. Suggested I wait up to 40 additional minutes to see dentist once cleaning was finished. Told "we are a corporate owned facility" Left without seeing dentist, will not return and will share my experience with anyone that will listen. Terrible experience, I will not return.

Last month I broke a tooth, and they took care of me right away. This week I went back and had the permanent crown put on. Everything went fine. Going to the dentist is never fun but they are all nice people, and I appreciate them for all they do.

Omneya is the best. I live 5 min. from a Bright Now! Dental office and I rather drive 1 hr to her office. She's the best! I've been going to her for over 10 years.

The entire staff is excellent! From the minute you walk in the door until you leave you are compassionately treated by a knowledgeable and professional staff member. I have been going there for about a year and would not go anywhere else.
