This was my first visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and walk you through any work that may be needed. The dental office itself is clean, comfortable, and inviting, with great music playing and friendly conversation while you wait. Everyone is so warm and genuinely caring it really makes the whole experience enjoyable.
I had an amazing experience getting my teeth cleaned by Emily. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and educated me on proper oral hygiene in a way that was easy to understand and actually helpful. I left with my teeth feeling so clean and with a better understanding of how to care for them at home. You can truly tell she’s passionate about what she does. Highly recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the best experience with Emily, the hygienist at Sage Dental of East Boynton Beach! She’s incredibly gentle, thorough, and really takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. She explained everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and made my smile look and feel amazing. 💫 If you’re nervous about dental cleanings or just want someone who genuinely cares about your oral health, Emily is the one to see! Highly recommend booking with her — she’s the sweetest and most professional hygienist I’ve ever had. 🦷✨
Sage dental is such a scam and they do not actually care about treating their patients, they just want to meet their quota. My insurance FULLY covers 3 preventive cleanings a year with 1 X-ray and a 0$ copay. I had an appointment in sept for a basic cleaning, my hygienist went through the gum testing scale where she calls out numbers identifying gum health and gum recession. After her so called "assessment" which was all essentially bullshit, she puts together a pricey plan of action for treatment. Keep in mind I’ve never had dental issues, I have healthy teeth as a 28 year old. The "liaison" came in and read through the treatment plan with costs. After already having negative experiences at this location, where they provide treatments that are not included in my insurance and NOT DISCLOSING THE COST BEFORE PERFORMING THE TREATMENT, when I made it clear I was just there for a basic cleaning that is fully covered , I was already aware of their scare tactics and technically fraud. Due to this, I politely declined the "treatment plan" which was essentially not even necessary. They then take me to get X-rayed where I sit for over 40 mins waiting for a technician, only to be told there is a charge for the x-rays, again trying to get me to sign for a charge that wasn’t even discussed as to what they were doing. When I ask why, the tech tells me to go talk to billing. She gives me some complex answer saying this xray is for other things and gave me a code. After already being there for an hour and a half, I politely said okay well I will check with my insurance on this x-ray thing, so let’s not do it today and let’s just do the basic cleaning, which is why I was there. Keep in mind I know that I have one baseline x-ray a year FULLY COVERED. The billing women was extremely rude and basically said unless I signed to their treatment plan, they would refuse to do my cleaning. They also tried to charge me a copay, and before I arrived at sage I called my insurance company to ENSURE what my coverage was and it was confirmed I have a 0 dollar copay. I have never had anything like this happen to me. I left and found a REAL dental office, where I was told my teeth and gums were in nearly perfect condition. The numbers that the sage dental hygienist were calling out were simply bullshit. This whole place is a scam and they should be avoided at all cost. I walked out of my new dental office, receiving proper treatment and them honoring my insurance. They even recommended me to come in for a 3rd cleaning since my insurance covers 3 a year, making sure I was fully utilizing my benefits. Bottom line; the dental hygienists at sage and especially this location are frauds, once I denied the fake treatment plan, the hygienist gave me attitude and the front desk women is absolutely a nightmare . Sorry but you won’t be meeting your quota with me. Very sad that’s places like this are allowed to exist.
My Brain Might Be Fuzzy, But My Teeth Are Sparkling Thanks to Sage Dental! 🌟 Let's be real, going to the dentist usually ranks somewhere between "root canal" and "stuck in traffic on I-95" on the fun scale. But then, I stumbled upon Sage Dental in East Boynton Beach, and my whole world (or at least, my mouth) changed! From the second I waltzed in, the front desk dream team - Addie, CC, and Q - greeted me like I was a long-lost celebrity. Seriously, if friendliness was a sport, these three would have gold medals. They’re so welcoming, I almost forgot I was there for a dental appointment and not a spa day. Then there's Dr. Anne Marie, who is basically a tooth whisperer. She's so knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough, I'm pretty sure she could convince a grumpy wisdom tooth to retire gracefully. Her assistant, Albertson, was equally fantastic, keeping the whole experience calm and professional. (And to the other young gentleman whose name has been temporarily erased from my memory thanks to the "anesthesia (not amnesia)" - bless your gentle soul, you were amazing too!) And let's not forget Emily, the hygienist. She’s so caring and attentive, she made a cleaning feel less like a dental procedure and more like a gentle spa treatment for my pearly whites. I walked out of there feeling refreshed and ready to flash my newly polished smile. If you’re looking for dental care that actually feels like a warm hug (for your teeth, not literally, unless you're into that), seriously, head to Sage Dental. This team is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend them! Just, maybe don't expect me to remember everyone's names after the anesthesia. My apologies in advance!
I really didn't realize how bad this place was until I changed dentists after moving. They constantly try to sell you on expensive treatments and devices that you probably don't need. I felt constantly talked down to and condescended. I always wound up paying a fortune even with insurance. Stay away from big chains like this and find a private practice.
Friendly staff and Knowledgeable Dentist. Made my appointment pain free. Happy I found my new Dental Care
