We had such an amazing experience at Care One Dental! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A very special shoutout to Ms. Claudia for going over and beyond. She carefully explained all the do’s and don’ts, stayed focused on our needs, and made us feel completely at home. She was genuine, real, and gave us her full attention, which meant so much to us. Another big thank you to Dr. John — he was wonderful, friendly, and made both me and my husband feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Because of his amazing work, my husband has his winner’s smile again. Thank you for truly changing his life! We appreciate the entire team for making this such a smooth, caring, and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I called today and was greeted with a "Hello? Hello?" and then complete silence. I thought I called the wrong number. I tried calling again and spoke to Claudia, who was on her lunch break and said she'd call back in 20 minutes, which she did. However, I was told they do not accept my insurance even though my insurance explicitly lists them as a provider. I don't know what the deal is with this place, but I've already jumped through enough hoops to decide this isn't the place for me. Do better.

The customer service seems to be declining here. Originally Claudia seemed pleasant though somethings as a reception I wouldn’t do. But after the first visit, the lack of customer service is wild. On the phone she speaks with a condescending attitude. Shows no care what so ever. I’ve worked in healthcare for years and I would never talk to patients the way that she does. When a patient is calling it’s either for routine visit or a problem. Those with problems should not have to deal with any extra negativity in their already bad situation. They have 2 locations, if I am complaining of pain you should ask how severe and how long to ensure it’s not urgent. But instead I was told call back on Monday the doctor will be in on Tuesday. Yea I’m definitely going elsewhere and do not recommend them at all.

Every time has been great and convenient for me although my trip to Delray with Dr. Dan was super even when the power went out briefly with a huge storm passing! Lol.

This office is great. I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Reasonably priced and staff is friendly. Efficient cleanings and excellent service. 10/10

I called the office to verify whether they accepted my insurance. Even though the insurance company’s website lists this location, I was told they do not take it. That was disappointing but understandable. The real issue was the behavior of the "manager," who spoke to me in an extremely rude and condescending manner, as if I couldn’t understand her—possibly because of my accent. I emailed the office to point out that their location is listed on the insurance website and to address the poor customer service. Instead of apologizing or clarifying, the manager called me back to confront me about the email. She only offered a brief apology after I told her she was still being rude during the call. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

This is a great location.It has been a great experience for me.The receptionist Claudia is always on the job, she's very professional.with everything that she do for that office, I give Her 5 stars i wish I could give her 10 stars., I recommend anyone To this office location, the whole staff is great, pleasant and professional.
