Legacy Dental Care

Took my 9 yo son to establish a dentist. Very little communication to the parent. They found a possibly problematic baby tooth, or something? Idk I was barely spoken with at all. They wouldn’t let me back to support him and then just referred me to a pediatric dentist. I’m the one that has to call this new dentist? I waited months for this appointment. If you can’t handle kids, don’t take them. He was scared and you wouldn’t even allow my presence in the office. Also, communicate? Terrible experience. I do not recommend to anyone. This place doesn’t deserve your dollar.

I took my daughter there because her wisdom teeth are trying to come in and her cheek and gums are swollen off and on when she eats. They told her that the teeth were sideways and it's not dire. To come back when it's dire. Also told me I can't come back there with her. My daughter has severe anxiety and doesn't do well speaking for herself. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Rude absolutely unforgivable snotty and short receptionist was very unpleasant and unprofessional tone I would be embarrassed to have someone like her represent my business I requested an appointment and dismissed me once she heard my insurance and hung up on me I was going through them because they the only one who took my insurance initially I have had 4-6 appointments tops everytime rude except a few staff I have tolerated it because it’s the only dentist office that took my insurance that wasn’t hours away not this year smh I won’t ever call them again so embarrassed for them

I’ve had to wear dentures for 15 yrs or so. My recent ones came from Legacy. I never thought I’d get another pair that fit as good as my last ones. After 6 yrs they broke. Legacy made me the best looking and best feeling ever. Very well made. Staff was great. One of the girls got my bottoms fitting so good I almost don’t need any glue! Great product great people!!

Very pleased with legacy dental! Able to wear dentures with no denture adhesive, and eat most anything. Very comfortable and matched the color shade perfectly! Very nice staff .

Now reading the reviews I see why today happened! Receptionist was RUDE! I didn’t have an insurance card for my foster kiddo but had everything else needed. Was turned away for a simple cleaning. Never asked if i could get a copy or anything. Just asked if we needed a school excuse. We waited months for this appointment. Yes I had the Medicaid ID. Any other place has never given me a problem. I’m starting to think since it was not commercial insurance that’s why we were turned away!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

First off let me start off with the first time I called to try and make an appointment.. I had an infected tooth. The receptionist told me that I needed to go to my primary doctor for antibiotics before being seen . On the first visit did the basic X-ray etc . I was told I need 2 teeth pulled which was told the wrong tooth and need a crown and filling . Was never told which tooth for the crown. After getting a temp crown I get the permanent one which was not fitted properly. I get scheduled for a cleaning drive 45 minutes and told it can’t be done because it wasn’t sent to insurance for approval. Waste of time. Come back again and only part of the cleaning was done so another appointment scheduled. Come in for that cleaning and wanted to speak with the office manager about the crown not done right and the other issues She gets really rude and is raising her voice so I told her we need to speak in private instead of getting loud with me . I’m told to go back to the waiting room instead. I go back to see the dentist and in turn told he doesn’t believe for a minute about having to go to my primary first. Then proceeded to school me book and all how a crown works . He took an X-ray and came back and told me that the crown doesn’t fit right so I’ll have to get a new one. Needless to say be aware of not having a pleasant experience here
