I had my first dental cleaning visit after relocating to Kentucky. Alyssa, my dental hygienist, was so professional, kind and caring. She truly made me feel like a valued client from start to finish. She explained everything and shared beneficial ongoing dental personal care details. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable during the entire process to make your dental visit a somewhat fun, enjoyable experience as much as possible and relieve any possible anxiety. Dr. Fite was very welcoming, encouraging and thorough in her examination. Stacy helped with all the wonderful communication leading up to my first visit. Thank you so very much. I usually have a lot of anxiety about dental work, but Brighten Dental is so calm and inviting. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was friendly and made me feel welcome. My hygienist, Khalida, was wonderful. I was so nervous, but she immediately helped me relax and feel comfortable. She was patient and caring. Dr. Fite prioritized my needs, explained my treatment plan and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate the compassion and attention that I received from all staff members. I had a such a positive experience and would definitely recommend Brighten Dental.

I chose this office because of the great reviews it has, I didn't have a good experience however. I am a full time caregiver and also have a full time job, I also live out of town. I showed up on time to my appointment and waited over 30min before I was even seen because they had to call my insurance for the policy. My insurance information was provided before hand and I have never had to wait to be seen by a dentist because all of the insurance things have been handled prior to my appointment. Once I was taken back, I was informed that I would not be getting a cleaning that day even though that was the sole visit to my appointment, because the insurance verification took too long. The staff was nice, I thought the office was very overstimulating because it is an open concept, there are not individual rooms for patients but rather just patients separated by walls so you can still hear everything going on, similar to a hair salon. I did see a sign at the front desk offering a free item in exchange for 5 star reviews so I feel that some of these reviews are incentivized. If I were able to get the cleaning when I scheduled I would have thought better about Brighten, but I am usually very busy so it is hard to get away to take care of myself.

I got a bridge done here and I'm so happy with it. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I felt really cared for at every step of the process. I highly recommend coming here!

Best in Bowling Green, the staff is always friendly and super helpful. They make scheduling an appointment a breeze and take the time to explain everything. I have never felt rushed out the door.
