DO NOT recommend. Unfortunately this is the only Dentist in network that’s close to us. I called and set up three different appointments for exams AND cleanings, for myself, my husband & my child. I received at least nine different automated phone calls/text/email notifications to confirm appointments. I did so NINE times and still kept receiving prompts to confirm appointments. I then called the office directly to confirm our appointments and the person I spoke to had no idea we were even scheduled for cleanings. She said we were scheduled for new patient exams & X-ray’s ONLY and that their hygienists were "booked solid" what an absolute waste of time. I’ll pay out of pocket rather than step foot in this place. Needless to say I cancelled all three appointments. Would never recommend. Just read some of the negative reviews here. Ridiculous.
I needed an emergency replacement for my bottom denture, and was able to book an appointment online for the very next day. I was x-rayed, examined, offered financing options, and had my impressions done for my new full set within a couple of hours of arriving. They're doing their best to get them done for me before I go on a trip next month, and I really appreciate the effort -- I know they're very busy this time of year, especially. The office is really pleasant, and every single member of staff that worked with me has been super friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience -- the best service I've ever had at a dentist, by far.
The young girl who did my x rays and cleaning did a great job. She was very nice and easy to talk to. Like a good friend . My new smile is amazing I never would smile for pictures now in my job as a driver at the Corvette race track people want to take pictures with me every day I love seeing my white teeth when I smile I’m so thankful 😊
They were able to see me despite not having the right insurance and did a free first x-ray and check-up so I would know what all I need when I find a place that takes my insurance. Great staff and funny. They treated me with respect and kindness. And I was amazed there were actually TV's in the rooms having thought those were for during surgeries and such!
I am exceptionally pleased with Aspen Dental in Bowling Green. I broke a tooth at 2am on a Saturday morning and was almost certain I'd have to wait until Monday to get it taken care of. Megan at Aspen worked magic and was able to get me seen on a busy Saturday, Dr. Carroll was very understanding and helpful, taking care of the tooth quickly. Tea walked my wife and I through plans for much needed future dental work, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and welcoming, and I intend to get much more work done there in the very near future. I highly recommend Aspen and its staff!!!
On November 5th of this year I had nine teeth remaining in the front of my lower jaw that I wanted removed so that I could go ahead and finish the process I started 15 years ago of going completely into full dentures. I specifically requested sedation dentistry because I told this office of bad experiences I had both in the military and in civilian world with botched oral surgeries. Mind you I only had nine front teeth left which I was told would be a cakewalk by the surgeon they had to bring in because they don't have surgeons on staff. Immediately upon waking it's seem to me that I was being rushed out of the office. I am 66 years old and nobody bothered to see if I was suffering from anesthetic dementia. My son was shocked to see me because I hadn't been in the office more than 30 minutes. As soon as I came out from under the anesthetic I noticed pain in areas that I should not have had pain namely in both sides of my jaw. The pain was excruciating. 2 days later I had my follow-up with a dentist that I later found out didn't even work for Aspen Dental but they were shorthanded so they called her in. She had me pull my dentures out gave me a cursory looking over and I had two bad sores on my lower jaw. It is my belief that I started swelling as soon as the teeth were removed and the surgeon literally hammered the bottom denture down onto my lower jaw tearing the skin on both sides. There were also bone and tooth fragments remaining that were driven into the sides of my gums by the denture. The following weekend I was in so much pain I had to take the Dentures out and by exploring with my tongue I found what I thought was exposed bone. I called the office livid and was told to come back the following friday. As it turns out the thing I thought was bone was actually a scab that was covering a tooth that was left broke off in my jaw! So I go in the following Friday and a dentist at Aspen Dental told me that I indeed had part of a tooth broke off in my jaw but instead of referring me back to the surgeon for sedation dentistry she decides to give me shots in what was already horribly swollen gums and the pain was like nothing I've experienced. She merely chiseled the tooth off down into the bone and sewed the gum over. I paid $8,000 for this travesty. I have filed a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Dentistry and in the meantime Aspen has refunded me $1,000. I don't think this is nearly enough. I'm still picking bone in tooth out of my gum and it's been a month and a half. I still can't even wear my dentures. I tell everybody I know to avoid Aspen Dental at all costs
Good place to go. Showed up needing a tooth pulled got it pulled that day. And extremely friendly staff. One of the nicest dental offices I’ve been too.
