The staff here is incredible! Omi at reception was so warm and inviting as soon as I walked in. Jenny took the best care of me, made me feel comfortable and kept me calm throughout the process. Not to mention did a great job freshening up my smile. Dr. Rodriguez helped walk me through the treatment plan and verify Jenny’s finding during the exam. I would recommend these folks to anyone, but especially people are a bit anxious about being at the dentist and the procedures. 11/10 will be back soon!

I moved away from the area but I still sit on the T for 45 minutes to go to the dentist here. Visiting CITIDental often feels like hanging out with friends, which I feel like is the most you could ask for while getting your teeth scraped and drilled. Patient greeter is a bonus.

Open. What did jetton was the entire time they were doing work on my mouth asking me if I'm okay, that's just something I've never experienced before. Dr. Rodriguez is a good dentist. I don't want to hate on him. But OMG the nurses here are TERRIBLE. I've never thought it would even be possible to feel like you're being talked down to at the DENTIST. Their behavior is obnoxious, their technique is abrasive, and they really make it an experience no one would want to have. Definitely not going back here.

Citidental has been great, friendly service at the front desk from Omi and Anyara, the hygienists do an excellent job and the dentists are very friendly and provide expert care. Highly recommend.

Omi and Dr. Rodriguez were amazing. Helped me with an emergency crown replacement so I could make my flight. An amazing team!!

I typically don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but my first appointment with Stephanie today was a very positive experience. She made me feel comfortable and genuinely wanted to help. She was thorough during the cleaning and took the time to explain everything and offer helpful recommendations. I’ll definitely be back!
