Aspen Dental - Bossier City, LA

This Aspen Dental should be what ALL the other Aspen Dental facilities look up to. Literally EVERYONE at this place is beyond nice an so helpful. (The Dentist) Dr. Alanbari is hands down the BEST dentist I have ever met. His work is PHENOMENAL!! He listens to your concerns, an is completely upfront with you. I trust him 100% with my teeth. (The Assistant) Mrs Kimmy is so sweet an down to earth. She's very good at her job an you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Im so happy to of been able to meet these wonderful people!! Also, the manager there (Melissa) is very nice an understanding. If you need any Dental work done, id advise you come here. You wont regret it. 🙂

I went to get a new set of dentures that I cannot even wear. They hurt my mouth. The Top denture cannot be worn with the bottom denture. I’m having to wear my old dentures so I’ve paid over $4000 for a set of teeth that I can do nothing with. I was talking to my sister about it and she said I wish I had known you were going there I would’ve told you not to because she purchased a set of dentures from them aspen in Bossier City and she was like I’m still wearing my old teeth that set of teeth are in there in the drawer, they were never able to fix them so that I can wear them. When you’re in the back, they tell you, you can come at any time to get an adjustment but when you go, the lady at the front desk makes you make an appointment I would advise anyone not to spend or waste your money going there. The service was OK. The people were nice, but the end result is horrible. The teeth are not smooth I wish affordable dentures would have never closed down I had to wait weeks on the teeth and I can’t do anything with them I went back one day as a walk-in. The lady at the front desk will not see me. She said that I would have to make an appointment and there was a lady that was leaving that was excited that they finally fixed her teeth after months and months of going there having them to do all types of adjustments she was finally able to wear her teeth. I would advise everyone do not waste your time or money if you need dentures this is not a place to go

By far the Best Dental Office and Dentist I've ever been to in all of My 51 years. From the beginning of my visit starting with the friendly Receptionist who was patient with Me. Really made me comfortable and offered to help with sign in and tablet. Waiting room was pleasant with TV, Books, Coffee and Water. Dental Assistant or Staff greeted me with a smile and great attitude, took Me back to room while giving me a little information. Doctor was hands down the best that I've had do work, really informative, caring and understanding. Took the time to explain the procedure and procedures that he would be doing. Once he was done i spoke with a smiling Manager who took the Time to explain everything that took place and finances. She also did so in detail and answered every question that i asked. Spoke with receptionist on my way out and will definitely be back. I've found a Permanent Dental Office ‼️

Speaking from my own experience here not looking at prior reviews it was AMAZING!! Dr. Alambari was so professional and educating! Immediately the atmosphere was great the front receptionist was very polite. I do suggest arriving 15-30 minutes before to do paperwork (which is fast and easy on a mobile device). Upon getting my exam the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. They let me know exactly what they were doing and teaching me about my gum health along the way! The exit receptionist… I have NO words. MELISSA was exceptional!! She helped with processing and finding the right payment that fits my budget and talked about the cost of my treatment plans

I took my 85 year old dad in for new dentures and everything about the experience was excellent! Everyone was so nice and accommodating to his handicaps. Everything they did was thoroughly explained to him before they did it. He was extremely happy with the experience, and is looking forward to his new teeth!!

Dr. Alanbari did my filling and it was amazing. I was terrified but he made me feel comfortable and I did not feel the injection at all. He was very gentle and kind. Arianna was simply amazing and I loved seeing her friendly face.

My visit was unique. The entire staff of this location is professional,compassionate very respectful and so pleasant. Loved the dentist and his assistant. 5 star rating and ABOVE
