Dr Lee and his staff are wonderful. Smile Obsession is very neat in appearance, filled with all new equipment. Everyone here is so courteous, professional and competent. Definitely gained a permanent patient as long as I am in this area.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lee. I have a complicated health history which means I need a dentist who is attentive, gentle, and truly understands my medical needs, and he exceeds all expectations. I had a difficult extraction recently, and he was calm, careful, and so tender throughout the whole process. I even joked to a friend that "I trust him with my life," because that’s how safe I felt. Thank you, Dr. Lee, for always taking such good care of me and my family!

Dr. Lee and Smile Obsession of Bolingbrook is one of the best dentists that I have ever had the opportunity to visit. He thoroughly explains each procedure and does everything to reduce any discomfort as much as possible. He does outstanding work and I look forward to each visit.

Very personable, easy to talk to, answered questions. Made my kids feel comfortable and listened to all concerns. Nice clean space and all staff were friendly and inviting.

Dr. Lee is exceptional—his cleanings are thorough, his communication is clear, and his overall demeanor is warm and professional. He truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the front desk staff create a barrier to accessing his care. My worst experience was with Jackie, who responded to a simple scheduling inquiry with condescension and dismissiveness. That interaction alone led me to cancel all future appointments. It’s disappointing, because Dr. Lee’s quality of care is undermined by the lack of professionalism at the front of his office. I’m sharing this review to highlight the contrast: Dr. Lee is excellent, but the front desk experience is the reason I won’t be returning. If you do choose to book here, I recommend using the online system to minimize contact with staff until there are noticeable improvements in customer service.

Dr. Liu was so gentle and kind. I have horrible anxiety about novacaine shots. I barely felt anything. He is so gentle. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
