Shining Smiles Dentistry - Bolingbrook

Service was great, explanation clear, but felt like I was being upselled on some services and the disclosurers/waivers were not explained adequately. I read and refused to sign some that were marketing and future services billing permission. It was pro-business status quo, but not consumer friendly and 100% transparent. Most healthcare business and medical offices aren't. I give it a five star for services and care rendered, but overall a 3-4 star rating.

I had a wonderful time at shining smiles. Gianna was amazing and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable the whole time I was there! Will definitely be returning!

I have brought my young daughters here twice now and have had a great experience. My girls are 4 and 3 years old and they were comfortable the whole time, never scared or cried at all. They had cartoons playing to distract them a bit and the staff was super friendly and approachable. I was able to stay with them for the appointment which is important for me and I know at some places, this is not allowed. This last visit, I had both of them scheduled back to back and they got us in and out so efficiently the whole thing was only 30 minutes, including cleaning, exam, fluoride varnish, and x-rays for my older daughters. My only complaint is the fact that they use plug-in air fresheners throughout the whole building and the smell is overwhelming. I am very sensitive to these and I instantly had a headache. I wish they would switch to using something else like a simple air purifier if that is needed, because many people like me are sensitive to plug-in fragrances, and I don’t like my young children breathing them in either.

One of the best dental offices I have ever visited. Very clean, Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to Shinning Smiles for 9 years and I love the people that work there. I had my braces done there and plenty of cleaning treatments. Dr. Shah is amazing and her dental assistants are just as lovely. I am beyond grateful for this place. Thank you for being kind individuals. Make sure you go check them out and be nice to ladies at the front desk they all deserve it.

*For any doubters about Dentist*, This is by far the best Dentist I’ve experienced in my 30 years of life!! My cleaning, and filling experiences were excellent!!! My dentist is Dr. Shah, she is great, honest, and efficient! Very caring of her patients and she will be my lifetime dentist in the Bolingbrook area!!! Thank you Dr. Shah I’m trying to get my entire family switched over!!! The staff upfront are excellent too very welcoming!!

Shining Smiles is amazing! They are extremely patient with me as I have lots of dental anxiety and it really makes all the difference. My husband and two children (3 &6) come here as well and we all love it!
