Her commitment to her patients' well-being is extraordinary. The entire experience felt intentional and inviting, from the moment I walked into the beautiful office to the professional follow-up call I received today from her staff. The care I received at Mynt Dental was exceptional. The hygienist was thorough yet gentle, and the dentist provided detailed explanations and treatment options without pressure. The technology is up to date, and the overall environment is both professional and relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Medical and dental facilities are doing most paperwork electronically. It's more convenient. I get it. My accounts have recently been hacked, so I asked if I could fill out their forms on paper. The young lady behind the counter lied and stated I could not, as it's a HIPAA violation. I almost laughed in her face! (But I didn't). Then the hygienist states the same thing. I told her that I don't understand why staff would lie to their patients about this. She said it is their bosses who told them this, so I Googled it for her so she can hear with her own ears that it has nothing to do with HIPAA. I walked out. Do they really think that lying will instill trust?

The office is super clean and so beautiful! Front desk girls are very welcoming.They took me right away,i didn t wait at all! Ivonne was my nurse,she took time to explain everything to me and even let me record so i can show my husband home what we spoke at office! Great customer service and great ambient! You don t wait at all and everyone is so nice and welcoming. They make you and treat you like every dentist office should. Last but not least,very affordable prices,for everyone that doesnt have insurance! I highly recommend this place! Great service!

Excellent service in a friendly environment. The doctors provided clear explanations before and after treatment, addressing all my insurance questions. The facility is also very clean. I would definitely recommend it!

The doctor was very nice and caring. But I don’t see myself come back after getting injected with 7 shots and still couldn’t get my treatment area properly numbed. They were also weirdly pushy about making appointments and recommended me to get an expensive crown treatment even though my previous dentist in Maryland didn’t have an issue with it? Always rushed with the appts and they have very full calendars. The place was very clean and nice, but that’s the downside of these new boutique places is that they tend to value profit over patient experience. I’m actively seeking another practice in the area now.

I can’t express how much I enjoy coming to this office. With the staff to the space everything about it is so great! They are very punctual with calling you well before your appointment and even text you to confirm. It has been helpful as I was busy to just text was so easy. My daughter and I came for our second visit and it was a double visit so I was da bit weary of it as she is quite the active and curious toddler. I was assured that she was being looked after by one of the staff members Daniela. All the dentist assistance and dentist were very thorough, kind, and gentle. I can’t thank them all enough for their efforts to make it an enjoyable experience for my toddler and myself. Highly recommend this lovely office to anyone. Dr. Anna is super sweet and informative.
