I had a 1pm, called at 12:20 apologizing that I was going to late by 17 minutes. I had my mom and grandma with me who also both had appointments. They, without asking changed my appointment to 1:30. Which would have been fine if they actually took me at that time. It’s now 2:10 and they still have not taken me. No regard or respect for patients’ time with no remorse either I think is unacceptable. Why set a schedule if you’re not going to stick by it.

I had a dental emergency and they fit me in same day. In fact, they ended up having an earlier opening and got me in sooner. They had great communication and were so helpful. Everyone was so kind and non judgmental of my situation. They made sure to explain my treatment plan and made sure I didn’t have any questions. They also explained in detail any costs that would not be covered by insurance, so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I’m very thankful of the help I received from Infinite Smiles today.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! Took my 7yr old grandson they didn't call in a prescription til 3 days later when called to inquire where it was. Resulted in child having facial paralysis. Would NOT recommend! Tried calling no emergency number and manager is NEVER available

Technician Heba was very helpful and I formative on my new crown. Very gentle and I had a great experience with her and Dr. Sayeed through this whole process. Thank you.

Zahra helped me set up my appointment and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized.
