Aspen Dental - Bolingbrook, IL

My dentist of 20 years sold his practice. My search criteria was focused on who would accept my insurance and proximty. Luckily I'm in an area that had many options. The initial cut left me with 5 or 6 options so I went to their websites for credentials and personel experiences. So now I'm down to 2. I scheduled a required "deep cleaning" with Aspen Dental as a test. The office staff was pleasant and knowlegeable and they handled everything without issues. Once in the chair the first thing I became aware of was the state of the art equipment, technolgy, and the expertice and training of the assisting staff. After the evaluation by the dentist I opted for her recommendation of replacing a a 60 year old deteriatng filling with a crown. She was absolutly right. The whole procedure (2 visits) went flawless. I've never been more pleased.

I had a great experience with Aspen in Bolingbrook ,Il the staff was great. I was a little disappointed with the constant asking of payment before the work was done. However the work itself was excellent. The person who works in the lab did an amazing job and she is excellent in what she does. I am so very happy with the outcome. The lady is a perfectionist and takes her job seriously. She made my smile perfect and I thank her for that.

Wow 🤩 i absolutely love this office and am so happy I found it! I just moved to Plainfield and have been in need of some serious dental love and care and that’s exactly what Aspen delivered. The staff is friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. I’ve never had such in depth care and procedures before, and I felt soo seen and treated at this office. I will be telling everyone I know about Aspen and encouraging them to go.

DO NOT GO HERE! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I went for a cleaning today and was told I had to pay $74. I told the girl that my insurance covers free dental cleanings. She said it's for a "periodic evaluation." I told her to cancel my appointment and that I was going somewhere else next year anyways. So beware... they have hidden charges and won't tell you until you get there. I've been to this place for a year. It's pretty much all new grads. I had a cavity filling (pretty simple procedure) and they did it wrong. They left a big gap in between my teeth. So they had to redo it. Even so, I'm not happy with it. The hygienist spoke to you like your a child. She'd say, "Good job." 6 months in, they cleaned house. They replaced the manager and all the staff. My husband and I only went here because they were affordable for dentures and crown. So you get what you pay for, not quality service. The staff can't even cancel or reschedule appointments. One time I had to call 3x to cancel my appointment because I kept getting reminders.

Haven’t been to a dentist in more than a decade because I just don’t like it. That said, I would, and will, most definitely come back to this office. The office is clean and ultra modern. The staff is efficient, friendly and informative. From Matt, the DA who took all my new patient xrays with a smile and full disclosure of everything he was doing and why, to Adriana, the hygienist who did my initial exam, clearly explaining what she was doing and why, to Dr. Sam, who was delightful, pleasant, SO sharp, and extremely clear and patient explaining what I was seeing on the digital X-rays and what she was recommending and why, encouraging me to ask any and all questions I had. The RM, Amal, and the OM Cynthia were both just as pleasant, unassuming, and helpful as we went through the final visit paperwork. Could not ask for a better first in a long time experience.

Today was my first visit and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was so kind and so non judgmental. However a few stood out for me my assistant Kayla who made me feel so comfortable and truly showed she cared and that meant so much to me! My hygienist Adriana was amazing with me she made the whole experience so much better and made me feel so comfortable with her, thanks for that truly! The office manager Cynthia was awesome I got emotional as a lot was told to me and she handled everything with finesse, patience, and understanding and that was something outstanding to me! Thank you ladies for helping me thru this visit! Dr.Kasar was nice but I think all dentist are scary so sorry but he showed he cared about me and wants the best outcome and for that I appreciate you!

I’ve had the best experience ever in Bolingbrook Aspen Dental. The front desk is welcoming. The office is clean. Everyone is so friendly and makes sure that you’re comfortable. I brought my mother-in-law to the office and she got dentures and they are most beautiful teeth I ever seen. They did a great job on her mouth and so I said OK well, let me come in here and get my mouth done and when I say they are patient with you I’ve had many people worked with me.Dr, Kasar Dr Reun Dr Brier Cryithia, Kayla and Warren we are not finished yet, but I’m enjoying my experience thank you guys for a great job so far.
