Dr. Jacobsen is the finest dentist you can imagine. What a blessing it is when you can fully trust your doctor. Dr. Jacobsen's work ist of the highest quality. At the same time he is very kind and understanding. He is truly gifted and also really skilled and he of course applies his creativity. Dr. Jacobsen is open to sensitivity testing and uses safe materials. Recently I had two infected teeth, I needed a crown, taking out a bridge and setting a new one. I know that my teeth are in "good hands" with his care. A truly holistic dentiist is very hard to find and I am deeply thankful to Dr. Jacobsen. His team is also really great. Maria is very experienced and sweet and the ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. My heartfelt gratitude to all.

I’ve gone to West Valley Natural Dentistry for many years. Dr. Jacobson is very knowledgeable and has even been available to help me on weekends twice when I’ve had serious issues that needed immediate attention. It’s hard to find this type of quality dental care when needed. I sure appreciate the care he has for his patients. Dr. Travelle is also a wonderful dentist and a great addition to West Valley Natural Dentistry. I appreciate that they use ozone and take a naturopathic approach to dentistry

The office worked me in for an appointment within a couple days after I called Monday with a complaint of tooth pain over the weekend. Dr Jacobsen determined I most likely had the beginnings of an infection with a previously crowned tooth. At his recommendation, the tooth was extracted at that visit. Mercifully, I didn't have to return for the procedure on another day and endure more pain in the meantime. Dr Jacobsen is a compassionate practitioner with a skilled and caring staff. I am grateful he chose to set up practice in Boise.

I’ve had a lot of dental work and was always very anxious. Dr Jacobsen and his staff are amazing- I’ve gone to even not needing any nitrous for my dental work. They are very professional and caring- could not recommend them enough.

Dr. Jacobson did an outstanding job on restoration work for upper and lower teeth. Excellent quality and work. Highly recommend he’s also an excellent holistic DDS & understands the importance of nutrition and the environment. Awesome and talented bunch that doesn’t blindly follow the rules that don’t seem to work. Because of this, this office is more focused on what techniques and materials work best. They are personable and take time to explain and answer any questions that patients might have. Their focus is on health and not just getting dead teeth replaced without thought about toxins and and thinking proactively. .
