I had a complex dental situation and came to Towne Square Dental feeling unsure about the outcome. Dr. Zachary Glaus took the time to listen, noticed my concerns, and made sure the final result looked natural and balanced. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients. The office has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and the receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this dental practice!

On 1-22-26 I received a cleaning from Paige at Town Square Dental that was the best I’ve ever had. I have a permanent retainer behind my bottom front teeth and it always feels rough right after a cleaning but not now. It’s as smooth and clean as it was when it was first put in and all my teeth feel just as clean. Thank you so much Paige!! I will always always ask for you to clean my teeth!! I also want to say how friendly and courteous the office staff were which made my whole experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this dental office and especially Paige.

First time in was a positive experience! The staff was great, and Dr. Olson explained all the options before performing my procedure. He did a fantastic job!

My experience with this dental office was defined by a clear lack of professionalism, primarily from the staff member named Jennifer. Her manner was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily abrupt, setting a negative tone from the start. Instead of respectful communication, I was met with an attitude that suggested patients are treated as inconveniences rather than people. Jennifer made no effort to be courteous or helpful, and her behavior reflected poorly on the entire practice. Professionalism and basic respect should be non-negotiable in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this office failed in that regard. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this dental office to anyone expecting respectful and professional treatment.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for about 3 years, I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of this office. The entire staff is so kind, knowledgeable and gentle. Fernando, the hygienist, is the most gentle but effective hygienist I’ve experienced. Having Saturday availability is a huge plus as well.

Experience with my deep cleaning with Rita was the best thing I’ve ever had and being almost 60 years old is say something. The personnel are amazing and Dr. G is the best dentist I have ever seen. Thank you all
