I had not been seen by a dentist in ten years, so I came in understandably a bit anxious. Danya at the front desk really helped. She made check in, out, scheduling, and the plan of care simple and easy for my smooth brain. My hygienist, Bri (?sp) was super welcoming, thorough, and quite intelligent and informative and taught me a lot. My time in the chair actually flew by compared to what I remember. The dentist was also great, thorough, and to the point like I like. I am glad to have established care here!

High Desert Dental is truly top tier! From their outstanding customer service to their helpful financial guidance, I always feel completely taken care of. I really appreciate the text message reminders and the heads-up about any out-of-pocket costs before my appointment—such a thoughtful touch. Every member of the team greets you with a smile and genuine positivity. Monica is the best hygienist I’ve ever had in all my dental experiences! She’s full of light and uplifting energy, and she talks me through every step of my oral care so I always feel informed and comfortable. What I love most is how patient-centered they are. They never say or do anything degrading—only encouragement, respect, and support. Their strengths-based approach shows that they truly prioritize both their patients’ health and confidence. Absolutely wonderful team. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff, genuinely caring dentist; Dr. Pottinger is prompt & very kind, beautiful office...decor is fantastic (just thought I'd mention) homey & welcoming, equipment & phone system (communication) is top of the line. I got invisalign with Dr. Pottinger and I am very pleased with the entire process & my new teeth!😃 Many thanks to entire staff!

Dr. Pottenger and her team are wonderful. One of the best dental practices I have used. They are very professional, friendly, and listen carefully to your concerns about your dental care. Dr. Pottenger goes over any procedure that you might need and make sure you understand it completely.

Seriously amazing people here at this location! I had a tooth bugging me so bad, I couldn't sit still for like a week. I randomly called this high desert dental office and asked for help. They were able to get me in that afternoon same day and get my tooth pulled and everything else fixed up. Absolutely nice people, were very gentle with working on my teeth and helping me thru my pain. I couldn't thank them enough! Seriously so thankful not to be in pain anymore. Highly recommend this place!

I love Dr. Pottenger and her staff. They are always so welcoming and have the latest cutting edge technology in their office. Dr. P is super nice and really cares and listens to the needs and concerns of her patients. Would highly recommend.
